Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Pigeon Forge

Breakfast was good. Waffles were amazing. The location was perfect, it is not directly on the strip which is great because traffic is super busy on the main strip but it is one street over still being very close to everything which is perfect. Pool was clean! Rooms were clean and spacious! They hav smart TVs and offer some FREE streaming apps.

No bacon at breakfast. Also extending breakfast hours may help with congestion and allow those who sleep in a little later the opportunity to enjoy breakfast as well, ends at 9:30. No indoor pool so when it was raining we didn't have swimming as an option.

Very clean, beds was some of the best beds we have ever slept on in a hotel. Breakfast was good. They only make one batch of pancake mix a day so once it’s out it’s out. Hot tub was wonderful has a beautiful area to sit and have a glass of wine or play cards. It’s just right behind the Christmas Inn so very convenient to everything! This is the new hotel we will stay at when visiting Pigeon Forge

Nob to turn hot tub on needs to be fixed. Other then that it was perfect!

I loved the hotel the stay mostly the pool for my daughter that’s 4 years old she loved it and how kid friendly it was and not so deep in the front enough for her to play and stand up and be okay with her floats on. The breakfast was okay decent and the hotel was very clean and Sanitized which is good due to COVID staff was always so nice when needing new towels and toilet paper and when checking in and out and when the tables wasn’t clean for my family to eat at for breakfast she happily came over and clean it for us no attitude they lady was very nice. I loved the stay with y’all and most certainly will be back :)!!!

The shower and the mold growing in it . Either someone hasn’t been staying in it the room for awhile so maybe it didn’t need to be clean I’m not sure but it was a lot of mold and or maybe no one was cleaning it at all after the stays? No sure but we cleaned it so that was could take showers and so my daughter could . It was very late at night and we had unpacked already or we would have requested another room . I have pictures of the showers but I don’t think it would be appropriate. This type and amount of mold didn’t grow over night so more than likely I got a room that hadn’t been staying in and luckily I brought my own chemicals due to Covid safety measures and we was able to get in there and clean it .

Location was good. Was nice area and hotel. Hot tub was nice. Pool was nice but water was way too cold to use.

Room could have been cleaner. Pubic hair under toilet seat when we checked in. Couple pony tails on floor in different spots as well. And stained comforter which had me wondering if it was clean or not so didn’t use comforter. Didn’t bother saying anything to desk clerk. Just wiped everything down ourselves with cleaning wipes we brought from home. Breakfast choices weren’t that great as well for someone on low carb, no sugar diet. Sausage or bacon and eggs would have been good.

Breakfast was GOOD ! Rooms were clean.

The bed was too soft or was smashed where people sleep. I had to sleep in the Middle of the bed for comfort. The mattress needs replacing to a Firm one. Here is a thought, put a bench or two in the very front of the building past the drive thru so you can sit and watch the sunset on the mountains ! ! !

The rooms were beautifully designed. Good room size with sofa, tv and desk area. The heated swimming pool was fabulous. Our son loved the slide and mushroom. The continental breakfast was really good and the lady running it was super nice!

The king bed could of been more comfortable. It seemed to roll to the middle. The jacuzzi wasn't working.

we loved the location, we did not drive more than 5-7 minutes to the attractions! The staff, especially the breakfast person was so delightful and nice. My kids loved seeing her each morning! There was always someone at the desk to help us as needed. Everything was very clean and comfortable.

The pool and hot tub were both closed and my three year old was very disappointed.

Fairfield Inn was very nice, but priced a little high. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were comfortable, the employees were friendly. We will stay again.

Only left 3 wash clothes and 3 towels. The Shampoo, body wash, etc had not be changed. the pillows needed to be thicker and plusher.

if I had one complaint it would be that they didn’t warn about the WiFi; it says free WiFi and yes there is free WiFi however when u connect it gives u an option to connect now but under it u put the room number and it’s confusing and if u do put in ur room number it charges 4.95 every time u connect I had 7 charges from 4pm-7am for connecting.

Room was decently sized, comfortable bed & pillows, facility clean for the most part, staff was friendly, pool was well maintained, and breakfast area was kept clean and food was good.

Our shower had a fair bit of mildew in some areas, but otherwise fairly clean. The shampoo & conditioner bottles were empty but the staff gave us replacements when asked.
