Vista Suites Hotel Near Island Drive And Convention Center

Perfect location, minutes from island and other attractions. Very friendly staff, indoor pool was a comfortable temp as was the hot tub and a decent breakfast as long as you come down early. Could use some updating just a little TLC but all in all great place to stay.

Needs some up keep, paint and things. Could be a little cleaner.

very good value for the money we wanted to spend. location, price, very clean, large selection of breakfast items, linens were plush in bathroom, bedding was comfortable. pool was small but great for kids to play in. we had a balcony room with just standard plastic furniture but it was clean and seating was comfortable. elevator was good, clean and areas were well lit. HVAC was quiet and kept room comfortable. tv had wide selection of programs. wifi was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. overall a good value for the money

with Parkway traffic. towel bar kept falling off wall. tv remote could be a bit tricky.

We arrived to the property early and and asked the front desk of if we were able to check in. It was only 12:30 but they checked to see if our room was available , not only was it available to check in early but they upgraded our from from a standard with two Queen beds to a la My parents also made a mistake and didn’t finish their reservation so once they got to the hotel they didn’t have a room. The front desk was very accommodating and even gave them a discount on every night stayed and did her best to make sure our rooms were close together. The pool was clean and they always had plenty of towels out to use. This is the 4th stay at this hotel and it’s always very pleasant.

The breakfast was hot, fresh, and served in the well maintained breakfast area daily. An included breakfast was extremely beneficial for us as it saved us money and time for each busy day Of our trip. The manager, Neil Patel, was friendly, professional, and was always available to ensure that our stay was nothing short of exceptional.

We do not have any complaints. We were extremely satisfied with our trip and would definitely stay again!

Exceptional I like it because it was convenient in going to different places and a lot of it was in walking distance. I recommend Connor Hill Motor Lodge to anyone. My husband and I really enjoyed our visit. It was nice and clean. best hotel in east Tennessee love it we always recoded

There was nothing I didn't like about our stay at this motel, except the microwave didn't work. Otherwise, I enjoy my stay.

The beds were comfortable, the hot tub was wonderful, the young man that checked us in was a sweet heart and hard worker. I ask for chairs for our balcony and he had then there within 20 Minutes. He was Always smiling.

There was a bug crawling on my pillow, I took a pic but forgot to show management, I killed it. Didn’t see any more. The out side pool wasn’t clean nor clean.

Great place.Loved The place has pool and a spa. It also has a fireplace. The rooms are clean, no carpet, the personnel is very kind. The location is perfecto to go to Dollywood using the trolley and not spending a dime on parking bacause the trolley stop is acriss the streat. The dame trolley stop allso works for going to Gatlinburg. I loved this place

I liked the location and view. The room wasn't bad for the price. The room was perfect for what we needed it for. It had a microwave, fridge and a small coffee maker but the coffee maker looked broken in my room. The hotel was super close to everything you could imagine wanting to do.

There weren't enough TIME for breakfast.The little shop have a big variety.

I was expecting 2 queen beds and a pull out.couch, instead.we had 3 queen beds and a pull out couch!! The Hotel was centrally located and we could walk to many places! The hotel was clean when we arrived.

The breakfast they served was more than most hotels but wasn't cooked very well. But for a free breakfast it was great!

Second year staying here and will definitely book again. Clean and quiet. mountain view room best in pigeon forge

Traffic light to enter and leave would be nice. We went early May so traffic was not too bad. Male reception could have helped hold the door open as I was struggling to get luggage cart out the door !
