SpringHill Suites Pigeon Forge

The staff was great, we loved the pet friendly environment, it was clean and the breakfast was great the location was great.

We did NOT like that Booking.com did NOT mention that there would be a $150 pet fee during check-in, we had to pay a additional $150 for our pet that was not mentioned during our Initial booking. It would have been nice to have known that up front. Breakfast was great, but this location was very busy and there was only one waffle maker and it made getting through the breakfast line very very slow, they need three waffle makers. Overall we loved our stay and will stay there again.

Breakfast was very good. I would like to have oatmeal available every morning. It wasn't available when the main breakfast was sausage biscuits and gravy because the pot was used for gravy. Kitchen staff was great!

I would like the outside pool to be a little warmer, but I realize, that that may not even be possible.

Maid service didn’t keep are room clean and we had to get towels each day when we get back to are room for the evening. Because there would only be two in the room also never made are beds or change them. And we was there for a week!

Price! Cost! Rip-off! I’m usually not worried about cost but when I found out a 5 star was almost half the cost it made it hard to swollow! Will investigate prices instead of county on reputation. I’ve always thought Marriott was comparable to surrounding hotels but not in Pigeon Forge! I’ve traveled all though the states and abroad and I have to say this is the first time I have been ripped off! Again, very clean hotel and room was very comfortable. Staff was wonderful! It would have been extremely easy to give it a ten out of ten but I feel because of the location they take advantage of their customers! Never again at pigeon forge will I stay at a Marriott!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! The room was spacious, clean, cozy, and perfect for our family. The staff was great, the facilities and pools were wonderful. Thank you. This was our THIRD hotel of the weekend for us. The first two were horrible for unrelated reasons so it was so good to finally be here!!! Springhill Suites has won me over for good!

You couldn’t get bacon at breakfast only sausage. And it’s ridiculous to charge a damage fee and have it take up to a WEEK to return to the person. Mine was $80 for 4 nights and I won’t get that back till probably after Christmas

Breakfast was good. Staff was excellent. Room was very quiet, pool with slide was great, location was great, trundle bed was great for my son. Room size was good too.

Lamp shade in our room was stained and needed to be changed out.

Everything from the staff to the room was great. Location is perfect for getting around and within walking distance to the Island.

There's nothing that I can think of that was out of place it wrong with the hotel.

frozen waffles. at least one waffle maker these days is absolutely necessary at every hotel even if you serve nothing else hot!!

Great staff, super friendly, hotel was super clean, both pools was clean and hot tub was clean and warm. Breakfast was great. You can walk to places from the hotel if you so desire. I will continue to come back to this hotel!
