Front desk manager Taylor was great! I had a special request of feather free room and it was taken care of before I got there. I think this is the first time in all my years of travelling that this taken care of ahead of time.

Breakfast - Not a fan of bright red and yellow potatoes. Also, there was only 1 sausage when I went to eat and they were not replenished during my time eating. Also, I am not a fan of the pink and blue sweeteners. I prefer yellow.

big perfumery smell instantly when doors open to the lobby. I was asked if I went thru a 3rd party booking and I answered yes & we were placed on 2nd floor with big air conditioning units right outside our window. I only knew about this hotel because of 3rd booking company or else I wouldn’t have booked here at all

This property was exceptionally clean from the parking lot, to the lobby, halls up to our room. We didn’t realize how new it was but it even had a new smell to it, so much better than old smoke or mustiness. We especially want to recognize Taylor. She got us checked in quickly and handled the one issue we had with a smile.

We loved everything. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

The food was good. There was a variety of options available.

There was a light that didn't work in our room. We requested a light bulb, but never received one. Also, there needs to be another towel bar in the bathroom. If we are expected to conserve towels, we need a place to hang used towels to dry.

I loved how close the property was to all the restaurants and gas stations. you were right off the highway and easy to get out of the parking lot.

There was a few hairs on the shower wall when we arrived. The doors are very loud when closing.

N/A, very satisfied with the stay and staff. I urge whoever reads this to use Booking.com for their booking though, as their front-desk room prices are more expensive than these online bookings.

The breakfast was excellent. The seasonal decorations for Easter was beautiful and made me happy. And the staff was friendly and very attentive.

For breakfast I wish ingredients were listed.(I don’t eat any pig products). Sound proof walls for privacy and sleep quality would be excellent addition.

The room was so nice and clean. A great place to relax. I've never seen a nicer bathroom either. It was easy to find the right water temperature in the shower. I could go on and on. I would highly recommend it.

The staff went out of their way to help us change rooms. We had adjoining rooms, and the door lock was stuck. The housekeeping staff got us moved right away and even helped with our luggage. Amazing customer service.

The location was convenient - right off the interstate, with restaurants and shopping close by.

The breakfast selection could have been a bit larger, but the food offered was very good.
