Clean and very large room. Exterior door. Very quiet. The restaurant is great.
Staff could be more informed about location of rooms. There was a parking space and an exterior door for our room and when asked which door was most convenient we were told (a little curtly) the one next to the lobby. Which meant lugging all of our things way to the back of the building when we could have parked steps away from our room.

With having a little one, I love that the play area is there for him and the water is at a comfortable and enjoyable temperature! We all love staying here when we make our annual trip to Aberdeen! Will definitely being coming again.

I know we stayed for 3 days and our room was full of stuff as we were hunting and had an extra roll away in the room. So I didn’t expect a lot of cleaning in the room during our stay. I would have been very happy if all that was done on a daily basis was to make the beds.

The outside looks pretty rough, needs some TLC. Also the front desk staff, at least the one I talked to, was pretty apathetic. They could have given some clear direction how to get to our room.

Breakfast was very good, something for everyone to enjoy. The staff was super helpful and friendly. We loved the room it was big and very comfortable. The hotel was clean and tidy and we loved the pool, my kids had a great time.
The only improvements I could think of would be hmmmmm nothing :)

The size of the room was fantastic! There were 3 adults and 3 kids under 3. The room was big enough for 2 playpens inculding all of out other stuff. It was very nice that the toilet and shower were in a seperate area and then the sink was out in the open.
We has asked for a noon check out. We traveled for a wedding, we were not able to let the kids swim before the wedding. So we had to cram getting up early after a late night and taking the kids swimming.

Didn't have regular peanut butter but I know for some reason peanut butter is in short supply. Would like to have bananas as a fruit choice.

The tub and sink drains were slow. Tub took all night the first day. I notified the desk and the drain was working fine when we returned late our first afternoon.
