The location was great! It is near all the main stores and the ball fields since we were in town for a softball tournament. The room was a nice size and it was nice and clean! The front desk staff were all incredibly nice and helpful.

The beds were way to firm for my taste and I woke up stiff and sore the next morning. My husband on the other hand wished he could take the bed home, he loved it! The "constant fan" selection on our air did not work. We enjoy the extra "white noise" to sleep. Not a big deal, we purchased a fan at Walmart basically across the street!

nice and clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed

I was having trouble booking online so called the property. I was required to enter my credit card with my phone and it was not recognized. tried three times, three different ways and still no success. I was directed to the front desk and when I had to press a number to get there it was not recognized either. I eventually booked through an app which was cheaper than the quote I received at the property?

Loved every part of the stay the staff was terrific, the stay was quiet and comfortable there wasnt much that there wasnt to like during our stay here. everything was right on point for what they were offering

Cant say there was much that i didnt like other than that we left 15 minutes past due our late check out and even called them ahead to let them know we were a bit behind and they still charged us 30 extra dollars

This was one of cleanest hotels I have stayed at recently. ALL staff, (desk employees, dining room and cleaning staff) were very polite, friendly and helpful. They should all get a shout out for their wonderful care of the hotel.

Nothing, everything was of very high quality and cleanliness throughout. Having a heated pool was awesome as the kids swam for 6 hours on a very cold and rainy day. Truly helped the ladies out, while the men were hunting. 😊😊

Great hotel, comfortable bed

Parents letting kids jump into the pool right next to me cause the water to splash on my face, they had the whole pool and chose to do this right in front of me, I had to get out and go back to my room, the parents never apologized once

the breakfast and the breakfast room attendant were the highlight of the stay. I felt the price was a little high for the stay but adding the nice breakfast made it a great value. The bar was also a nice added feature.

The bathrooms could use some upgrades. I’m sure they were as clean as the cleaning crew can get them, but they still felt a bit dingy.

Kids loved the pool and we loved the breakfast that was so very nicely prepared.

Surroundings around the motel. Can’t do anything about that though. There’s a diesel mechanic shop right next to it with vehicles in various states of repair

Clean,quiet, good bkfst, friendly staff

Pool and hot tub were down. One main reason I went to American inn. Also the beds were slightly uncomfortable and room had a musty smell after using the fan.

The rooms were clean. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Staff was more than friendly and helpful. Some staff did not have masks on while in the hallway and one front desk person said she didn’t have to wear her mask while behind the plexiglass. The bartender was super friendly and knowledgeable. But she wasn’t wearing a mask. Many people staying at the hotel did not wear masks while in community areas with an obvious exception being the pool. The med was the only negative. Not very soft so I didn’t sleep well.

The comfort of the bed. Mask compliance during the pandemic is a must for staff and guests.

Liked the staff and the room. Breakfast was good, employee made it even better. She was friendly, personable and efficient.

AmericInn is one of my favorite places to stay and I pick them over other options. It is still a good value but the price has gone up considerably since I last stayed at an AmericInn.
