Great Cleanliness

The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. They even helped us with directions to get to where we were wanting to go. The breakfast was good as well. We would stay here again if we end up back that way.

The only complaint we had was that the coffee could be better. And maybe something other than a pool for the kids to do while there. We had a little trouble with the tv signal, but I think that was because of the severe weather rolling into the area, but it didn't take long to recover.

Easy access of Interstate 20 which takes you to Augusta, GA for The Masters golf tournament (only about a hour drive).

Had to add on to my reservation that I made in early 2022 with an additional night and in March of 2023 and I had to pay a different fee than I did when I booked early ($80 vs $130). Was hoping they would honor the $80 rate but they would not.

.We have stayed at the same hotel every weekend for 5 weeks while our daughter is in a respiratory rehab facility nearby. Each room we have stayed in was spotless. Some of the cleanest hotel rooms we have ever seen. The staff is very friendly. The proprietor and his wife are very accommodating and see to your every need. I can't say enough about this place and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Columbia SC.

Nothing, everything including the price of the room was exceptional.

Stairwella reeked of either bad Indian or bad Mexican food first day there Not the hotels fault, but it's located off of a fairly busy local road that can be a pain in the butt to navigate

Very nice employees, clean rooms and comfortable bed.

I am gluten intolerant and not much of a selection for someone who can't eat wheat. I was able to find a pack of oatmeal and some fruit. They do have a good selection for people that can eat wheat.

Just like the other traveler, I was worried about this hotel. When I actually get here, this place look a little bit old and when I climbed to the second floor, it feels like I am in the horror movie. However! when I walked into the room, it surprises me. The bathroom is big, bed look clean. I would say if you look for one night stay and no have a lot of budget, this is a above average choice

Lady at the Desk, Jigna, was very nice and helpful. Made our stay even better. Went out of her way to help...............

The staff was friendly,rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast, and the housekeeping was amazing cleaned out room everyday and made sure towels and hygiene was stocked up! I would definitely recommend if you need a place to stay for basic army graduation!
