Hampton Inn Columbia-I-26 Airport

I liked that it was easy to navigate after getting off of the interstate. Close to alot of restaurants and shopping.

When I booked this hotel I looked at reviews and amenities the hotel had to offer. But when we arrived on Friday our TV in our room wasn't working at all called to front desk and they informed us the wifi here was out even though that has nothing to do with TV. Proper cables weren't hooked up to watch TV. Kathy was able to move us from one room to another on Saturday evening (and even helped us with our stuff)to a room with a TV that worked. But still no wifi all weekend.

It was a good breakfast and the scrambled eggs were especially good!

Nothing was incomplete or wrong.

Breakfast was very good, better than other places

1. No EV charger. 2. MASKS! Staff was not wearing masks. I needed to have someone come to my room, walk inside, and he was NOT wearing a mask. I gave him one!! No one walks in my hotel room without a mask!

I had an early flight out after my stay at the hotel, and I had asked the week before and again upon check0in, for an early morning taxi (5am). when I arrived at the front desk at 4:45 am, the desk clerk told me that I had just missed a ride opportunity, since one of the hotel staff had just departed to the airport with another guest, and that staff person was not returning. after a 45 minute wait, I was lucky to find an Uber driver who got me to the airport just in time to catch my flight. I really would have appreciated it if the hotel would make a firm commitment for transfers to-from the airport, regardless of time of day, and if possible to combine riders so they can share the cost.

The room was big clean nice and cool especially for the weather and the beds were so so comfortable I really could of use 2 more pillows but overall I slept good and the breakfast was spectacular omg I enjoyed every bite every day I was there I didn’t miss breakfast

well I’m a smoker and going in and out to smoke but it did help me cut down the couple of days I stayed

love the location,Friendly Employees,very helpful when I couldn’t get the TV to work,They offered to give me another room but it was so late I told them no it be ok.Next morning one of the nice gentleman that was cleaning rooms,as I stepped out to leave he hoped I enjoyed my stay and I told him about the TV and he went in and fixed it .Very nice of him .

Staff was wonderful! Very friendly and answered many questions. Breakfast attendant made sure area was clean and well stocked.

Hotel itself could use some maintenance/updates. Sheets kept coming off of bed; not sure why

Staff was very friendly. Location was in close proximity to Highway, restaurants and venue that we visited. Bed was comfortable.

I didn’t like the smell of the 1st room that we were assigned but the staff quickly Re-assigned us after we made the request.

Everything was great the service was the best and I will stay again the rate was great as well but overall I enjoyed it

I didn't like the price but I thank God I could have paid for it and will stay again I had to reclean my bathroom because I see hair was in the tub and on on the floor but I got it

With all my travels, This is the first time, at this establishment. I would definitely recommend the Hampton Inn. You have a large selection of TV channels to choose from. Access to the internet was simple. Room comfortable

I would have given The Hampton Inn an Excellent if there was vent, in the bathroom. Location could’ve been better.
