The room by the double door, front desk explanations of room location, friendly guests talking by car (I think), pens at the front desk

That it was second floor - I like the first, friendlier guests should flip me the double bird - twice (held by waist is fine) or tug/rub earlobe if more appropriate at desk, driving someone else and their car (I'll try to find mine and confirm safety), only 1 card needed for me, but prefer 2 if I need to give to a guest

Goid choice for value, comfort and cleanliness. Breakfast was a granola bar, a Hostess snack cake and bottle of water already packaged up to go.

It was ok for a one night stay. Came in town for a concert. I've stayed better Baymonts but it was sufficient for what it was. It was a good deal for my money

There was an odor in the building. Probably from the carpets. The breakfast could have been but i was down late. Breakfast was practically over so maybe it was slim pickings at 855am.

it is a decent hotel. I can’t even lie. we originally booked down the road and it was so awful we were frantically looking for somewhere to stay and we found the BAYMONT. it served its purpose. I don’t normally stay in these types of hotels. I’m pretty loyal to Hilton and countryside. but this one did the deed. I was so proud and thankful for them.

our keys were malfunctioning a little and the breakfast could have been better.

Being able to start teaching my son how to swim finally; the arcade games are perfect for him as well! The amenities are the reason I came here ...it was all about the things my son could/can do here :) And I like the fact that the staff has been very good to me- they worked with my family on many subjects... In other words, they made me feel like I've known them for years. I am definitely very appreciative of the staff that has been around my son and Us. .. Thank you.

If anything....things that aren't able to be changed ...(like covid 19 rules type stuff)

The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was great.The laundry facilities were reasonably priced.

Everyday there were bags of garbage piled in the alcove where the ice machine was located and just outside the side exit. The front desk staff was professional but not very warm or friendly. Since they have a policy that being rude to staff may forfeit my deposit I would think that staff would be more friendly and welcoming.

Affordable, pleasant staff. Thank you, James and Lindsey, for a pleasant stay and comfy bed.

Breakfast could be more choices. Can't take food back to the room. Coffee is horrible, in room Coffee is doable.

Beds are comfortable....very clean room

Had to change room....toilet broke...required to pay a 100 deposit..was authorized on my card...today it cleared and was takin off. Dont understand if they are giving you back the deposit why clear it to be taking out of your account..now I have to wait almost a week to get it back...I think this is a unnecessary. So FYI use cash for 100 deposit.

I was not served breakfast. Although it was suppose to be provided, it was not

The customer service from the night staff. Was not able to answer one question. When I could get a picture on the TV he was no help, my son fixed working with the cable wires.

I like everything about it nice clean good people just didn't like the down deposit it surprised me when they said it was a hundred that is kind of too high it used to be cheaper back in the day

I did not like the down deposit that they make you put and you can only give it to him one way that's kind of hard
