Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbia-I-26 @ Harbison Blvd, an IHG Hotel

1st time stay, room was modern, clean and smelled clean too. Had black out blinds and bed was comfortable, you could sleep all day 😁. Front desk Tony was very friendly and informative of the area. This is a great location, will return! Thank you IHG!

The first face you see on arrival after a very very long drive was the kindest female with the biggest smile. Even seen behind at a very late hour. That’s the best. And the bed linens were to die for. Incredible.

The two young receptionist working that night went above and beyond their duties to facilitate myself and my family. They have great personalities and bent over backwards to ensure that we had everything we needed. The breakfast was the best ever breakfast had at any of the hotels we have ever stayed at, the breakfast staff was constantly cleaning day and night, there is an African-American female that does the breakfast, she has an outstanding personality as well as the two young female receptionist at the desk. That night I was not the only one impressed.

The property was very clean and the cleaning person now continued effortlessly to clean as people sat down and or left.

The staff was great, very accommodating with me doing an early check-in. Room was spacious and allowed me to spread out and relax without having to stay on the bed.

Taking a shower, the bathroom leaked even with the curtain in the proper place. Had to use a few towels to clean it up and then cone to find out it went alway into the "foyer" of the room. Literally that's my only complaint is that I don't like the shower curtains lol

Check in and out was smooth, front desk receptionist at check in we're both professional and very friendly!

My arrival time changed twice before I got there so I had to call both times to make sure I told them. When driving by one's self that puts a lot of worry on you! I was in panic mode worried I would lose my room!

the staff did point me in the direction of a great morning walk and the location right ooff the freeway is fantastic for travelers tired of a long road trip.

Breakfast could have been better. We stayed at another Holiday Inn in Kingsport and they offered more and even did hot food that a staff member got for you. Thankfully you are close to a chip-fil-a

The breakfast was hot and good. The lady who cooked the food was very nice and courteous.

I was not able to watch any of my streaming apps like Hulu or Netflix. The TV does not have any apps. The hotel should upgrade their Tv's. The fitness center is very tiny with few equipment, but I still had a good workout. I also did not like the extra $100.00 holding fee placed on my card. Although, it is suppose to release the hold in 24 hours, it is still a great inconvenience.

The facility was clean and bright the help was very helpful

The hotel was in an area that has trees and shrubs that block views of signage and the TV guide was impossible to work with however the breakfast was guide good

Could be cleaner. I found a pair of urine soaked kids pants stuffed into the Kleenex box holder in the bathroom. Stinky. I threw them away. I probably should not even tell this but it was just so shocking to me. I hope the cleaning people check and double check they probably did not think someone would hide dirty pants somewhere in the bathroom like that. The lady who checked me out said she would sign me up for rewards and give me some but it didn’t happen ☹️

The hotel smelled clean and was bright, it was easy to find, and besides the bed sheets the rooms were very nice.

The sheets on the bed had fresh stains on them so we know they were not changed. The front desk lady was not pleasant or welcoming so we did not go ask for new ones, we just slept on top of the bed and used our own blankets that we had in the car.
