The staff alone should get a bonus. Kyra, Daniel, and Donte were rock stars and totally made up for the disappointment of not having an operational hot tub. The room was clean and comfortable. There were no signs of bugs in my room or stains on any of the linens. The breakfast was hot and tasted fresh, they have a pancake maker. The location was convenient to Main Street and the Harbinson area of town. Just be careful when making a left into the driveway, I missed it when I first arrived. It was dark, and the cars at the light blocked the driveway. There is an ExxonMobil and a Quick Trip within walking distance of the hotel.

The hot tub was not operational.

The side door was broken no access to get back in with our service dog without going all the way around.the breakfast was bad stale cereal out if bagels out of waffle mix.only peach yogurt..we opted to go elswhere. Advertised indoor pool but upon arrival was told it had been closed for 4 years may want to put that on website

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Check in and check out was smooth. The coffee and warm cookies were a nice addition and a pleasant surprise.

Someone on the premises in close proximity to my room was smoking marijuana. The smell was coming through the vents and caused my room to smell badly.

I loved the lobby, it was so quaint and cozy. My kids loved the fireplace. Beautiful staircase in the lobby. The room was so spacious and absolutely perfect for me and my two 8 yr olds. Right next to a convenient gas station.

Some of the outlets did not work, that were built into the desk. But everything else was Great.

The pool,spa,and gym were all temporarily closed and not specified on the website. And for over 300$ a night my family wanted to use said facility's and were unable to. If I would have knew I wouldn't have stayed here

Front desk folks at check-in and check-out were WONDERFUL! Also, morning coffee was excellent...

Breakfast was fine but choice of hot meal items seemed somewhat limited although we were satisfied with what was available and it was a pleasant, comfortable environment to eat.

The location was close to everything my family and I wanted to do . The staff was nice and friendly.

We kept receiving complaints because our room was on top of a handicap child's room, and I had kids with me who were young and were moving around and playing.

We were in the middle of a long drive and stopped at the Country Inn and Suites. It is convenient to the highway as well as to several restaurants a short drive away. Our room was clean and comfortable; the free breakfast was quite adequate, and the staff friendly.

The pool and hot tub were closed. That wasn't a big deal as we wouldn't have used them on a short stay.
