Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Columbia at Harbison, SC

I loved the lobby, it was so quaint and cozy. My kids loved the fireplace. Beautiful staircase in the lobby. The room was so spacious and absolutely perfect for me and my two 8 yr olds. Right next to a convenient gas station.

Some of the outlets did not work, that were built into the desk. But everything else was Great.

We were in the middle of a long drive and stopped at the Country Inn and Suites. It is convenient to the highway as well as to several restaurants a short drive away. Our room was clean and comfortable; the free breakfast was quite adequate, and the staff friendly.

The pool and hot tub were closed. That wasn't a big deal as we wouldn't have used them on a short stay.

Didn't have a breakfast set up, but the hospitality of the members on duty were very professional. I only had an issue with the $50 deposit in which I never got back credited to my account. I was very disappointed with how the team handled that situation, they actually were rude days after I was told to contact them.

Customer service after the fact. As far as on site representatives they answer all questions but seem to get annoyed quickly.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Location of the hotel and the quietness.

Not my fault at all but in my room a half bottle of frozen water with 3 pieces of lemon was left in the refrigerator's freezer part, use tissue was in one of the compartments under the TV and carpet was nasty with some discoloration of polish and etc. Plus someone's hair in the bathroom. Oh yeah one of the night stands was badly stained at the bottom of it. TV was nice but could use an upgrade so that Netflix and other apps can be viewed.

The price was good and the breakfast was very good and staff very accommodating

There were not any dining options. Only a Hardee’s and a Mexican restaurant . Also the phone didn’t work so just called front desk with cell phone to ask questions

Great location away from shopping centers where I needed to be great staff great service. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed it we return.

The pool was closed. I wish it was open since it’s indoor could’ve took a relaxing swim.

You double charge my card and you said it was going back on my card but it still hasn't come back on my card I'm just confused how one night cost over 500 dollars I need my money to get to work please

The bathroom in the room we stayed in was not as clean as I would have liked it to be however for the price I wasn't going to complain....the ice machine on my floor didn't work so we had to go all the way down to the 1st floor to get ice. The pool also wasn't open, it said due to covid but there are many pools in many hotels open

They were very accommodating, we checked in after 10 at night and we're reassured it was not a problem. Very nice.

Room was nice. Clean and pretty furnishings. Bed was very comfortable slept.lije a.baby.

rooms are a bit dated especially for the price. There was no ice vending machine in working condition. Disappointed that the pool is still closed this long after the Covid restrictions have eased.
