Tru By Hilton Columbus Airport

The room was very clean and comfortable, I especially appreciated the smart TV so we were able to log into streaming services. There was coffee and tea available in the lobby all day (but it was hotel coffee so keep realistic expectations as far as the quality goes). The woman that was running the breakfast was an absolute Rockstar, she made a point to check in with every guest to make sure they had everything they wanted. She was actually the only staff member that acknowledged us our whole stay, outside of check in and out.

My only complaint is that the majority of the staff (other than the woman running the breakfast, who was an absolute gem and I feel terrible for not catching her name) didn't seem thrilled to be there. It makes me wonder if the working conditions are poor for the employees. There was a lot of standing around, chatting amongst themselves or texting. To me, that's not a big issue. I would say we had a really great stay.

The hotel was close to Columbus Airport. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. This hotel never disappoints.

I don’t have any complaints with this hotel. I stayed overnight to catch an early morning flight of Columbus. However, I enjoyed the hotel so much that I will stay here the next time I am in Columbus.

Location and design. Bright colors, different from other hotels.

Bed was a little hard for my comfort. The pillows were too soft. Surprised at check in when 30% was added to my bill for incidentals and then I won't get that back for five days You need to advertise this sneaky policy more clearly. I shouldn't be hearing about it for the first time at 10:30pm when all I want to do is relax and go to sleep.

How clean the rooms and whole facility was. The staff was very friendly and professional. I would definitely stay again for business and pleasure! Great customer service which is very hard to find these days! Great 9 star hotel!

It did not have pool and jacuzzi. Otherwise perfect very clean hotel! Great customer service which is hard to find these days!

it appeared to be a new hotel, loved that there was no carpet in the rooms! the staff was amazing! We were in town for a football game and they gave us recommendations for a place to eat to avoid the downtown area.

only complaint was the bathroom door was a little hard to shut, as I mentioned it appeared to be new so maybe it was settling and just needed to be adjusted a bit

The walls must be thin or something? When I was laying in bed I felt like I was holding my ear up to the wall or something because I could hear the people in the room next door way too much. I did let the manager know that initially at 10:30pm the neighbors were being too loud but even after they stopped being loud I could hear them talking.

I really appreciate not being charged for this stay because my flight was cancelled from Denver. I stay here everytime I fly in or out of Columbus. It is clean and the beds and sheets are so comfortable.

Breakfast was delicious, loved the pancake station! The amenities and staff were great. The facility was modern and stylish. The room set up was great and the beds were very comfortable. Would love to stay again in the future.

There was no microwave in our room. Other than that, I wouldn't change a thing.

I loved that the screen had my name on it. It made me feel special. That they were intentional about my visit.

For some reason, the AC unit will automatically switch to heat. Had to wake up a few times during the night to adjust the thermostat.

Desk attendant at check in was awesome. Room was clean.

Breakfast service was fine, but there were no forks available. My daughter expected waffles, but slower to cook pancakes weren't large enough portions to satisfy. Would've liked ice machine on room floor.
