Location to the airport is perfect. Nice room. Like it has a bar.
Our room faced the runway so it was quite loud until late evening. The overnight desk person was very rude when we asked for the shuttle (as instructed). Never smiled, greeted us and was short with responses. My husband asked where to put the room key and she responded like he was an idiot “in the box!”

I can't talk about the breakfast because we did not pay the extra money to have any of it. From what I observed, the breakfast wasn't any different than a lot of other places we've stayed where the breakfast was included in the price of the room.
The computer in the business center did not work. I was not able to access the internet.

A very nice and comfortable hotel. Very close to the airport and car rentals. We checked in and out completely through the app and the room key was on our phone. There is also a McDonald’s right across the road and in walking distance with walkways and crosswalks.
We loved being close to the runway watching planes land and take off but if you are a light sleeper that might be an issue, but it wasn’t for us.

Shuttle service needs more transparency. We were not aware that it was shared with other hotels, thereby affecting time for checking in at the airport. Our wait was almost 30 minutes because of this.

The beds we slept in were a 4/10 expected them to be more cushioned & firm and soft since you are staying at a Hilton and praying a pretty penny. . it was like sleeping on the wooden frame itself

After flying all day it would have been nice to be able to get some real food. Not just frozen.

On our way home when leaving from the hotel, taking the shuttle our shuttle driver was very nice and we didn't have any problems getting checked in for our flight.
Getting in at 11:58pm and having to take a taxi and not getting the shuttle.
