Embassy Suites Columbus - Airport

Everything was great! It was clean, location was great and breakfast was delicious.

When I checked in the First Lady I met was very rude. She couldn’t find my reservation at first so I searched for my email confirmation. When I had it and shower her, she just started telling me about the WiFi and what time breakfast started. I asked did she need my email, she said no, I have your reservation pulled up. Also my room was never cleaned and I was there three nights. I had to go to the front desk each time to ask for clean towels and rags.

breakfast is awesome . night time snack was laid out some pretty .. I got a free mix drink that was sweet. . the setup of the room love it. The beds were very comfortable. I like that the bedrooms were separated from other area.

but they must have been party there there is tape on the ceilings and on the wall that wasn't cleaned up. It was hard to get towels but the hotel was packed with a lot of people for competitions so I understood that It was hard to keep the towels coming. The couch had stains I actually try to clean the spots It didn't work. couple big stands on the carpet. the pool was not clean but then we found out somebody through a plant in there so that's what happened there I didn't go back and look when the pool was reopened

First couple of days grass was high for the dogs to do their business. It was cut a few days later only improvement would to make sure the dog waste binnis empty in a timely manner. It was overflowing the whole week i was there. It was inconvenient therefore i had to carry my dogs poop to my room to dispose of it. Need more lighting in the shower in the rooms as well.

My air conditioning in my room did not work. They did all they could to fix it. But it still wouldn't work, and they immediately changed my room. Service was immediate if I called and asked for towels. They Brought the tiles within 5 minutes.

The only thing I didn't like The shower I had a walk in shower and the shower head was shooting out water to the floor and the whole floor would be wet. You could not adjust it to stay down.

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms was big and very clean. We stayed in a queen suite. My daughter loved the pool and I enjoyed the hot tub. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. I have nothing bad to say about this stay. The price was even very reasonable for such a nice hotel. If we ever come to Columbus again we will be staying here!

my stay was very nice and comfortable. The suites were very spacious and clean.

There was a slight smell /odor on my floor. Maybe use some air fresheners or wall scents to get rid of the odor. Also, the bed mattress was a little worn in the middle. I felt a slight dip down in the bed mattress as I slept. Although the linen was clean, the sheets were super thin. I stayed at this property in mid November which is pretty cold in the North during this time of the year .

The people working fixing breakfast was good till third day they reheated food

They not have enough staff to keep the hotel clean, especially public floors around Elevators and bathroom. He finally on the third day asked him to clean up the chicken that had been in the eating area from the first day.

the location was very convenient, right next to the highway. breakfast was great and the staff was wonderful. Happy hour had a great variety and was a nice time.

The air conditioning in the room wasn’t the greatest it felt stuffy. my husband loves a hotel with a jacuzzi to relax in, this hotels jacuzzi was out of service.

It’s close to Easton and Polaris, two best locations for shopping and dining. We travelled there for Thanksgiving and Black Friday Sales, so location wise this hotel is the best.

Loved everything except a few suites may have minor electrical and plumbing issues. You can always inform front desk staff for a room switch if you happen to be in a unit that needs maintenance service.

The property was very nice. We liked the check in/out feature on the app, including the digital key, it was extremely convenient. The amenities available made it a great value, free hot breakfast, complimentary drinks and snacks from 5:30 - 7:30……

On our first night there, We went to the on-site lounge to eat and was not able to because they had already closed the kitchen down 45 minutes early. The second night we also had issues with the hotel lounge, as far as ordering food.
