The convenience of the location, the room was clean, bed was comfortable

The way the "included breakfast" worked. The lady at the counter told me it wasn't included, even though my booking clearly stated it was. Then once she saw my reservation (I pulled it up and showed her) she was rude and wasn't helpful AT ALL to help me know WHAT was available for the breakfast we paid for.. So we left and didn't get to take advantage of the BREAKFAST INCLUDED that we paid extra for!! I feel we were ripped off. Also my Total when purchased online was 257.00 and it said that included ALL EXTRA fees and taxes. However, my card was charged 280.00!!! Not happy about this at all..I likely won't stay with Courtyard again. Just not honest if you ask me. Aloft was a much better experience.

Great location so close to everything in Easton! We had a perfect girl’s trip! First, Movie at AMC Easton, then checked into our wonderful hotel, then delicious dinner at Cheesecake Factory, so sooo good, and finally, A side-splitting laugh fest at Funny Bone Comedy Club at Easton Town Center Mall! Back to The Courtyard By Marriott at Easton-Columbus for a wonderful night sleep, and finally a delicious breakfast at The Bistro in the morning at the hotel before checking out. Couldn’t have been a better time had by all of us! Thank you!

More towels and coffee in room

Breakfast was good, which we did pay for. Room is really clean, Early check in was extremely nice of them. Nice staff, hotel was beautiful and we'll maintained. Very convenient to shopping and dining area.

Some trash bags would of been nice, when they say sleeper sofa, they should say twin size so you don't expect a full. 15 people per the pool room is to many. Pool was small, crowded and freezing cold. Make sure to bring shampoo and conditioner. The samples given we extremely small.

We have stayed here two times now during the triple f collection car show, I loved that the property was clean and the employees were always working and cleaning and smiling and we were greeted by every single person that worked there. It is probably the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed in! My boyfriend thought it was such a nice hotel, he decided to ask me to marry him right in our hotel room. It was a magical night for sure! I will never forget our stay here and we will be back every single year for the show and this is where we will be staying every time!

There is not one complaint that I have about this property.

Convenience to shops and restaurants

There was a La Cross tournament and lots of young kids playing with the elevators. The water was cold Saturday but I guess they kept the showers busy and used all the hot water. I was in Columbus for a Celebration of Life for my deceased husband and had to take a cold shower prior to the event. Not sure why but the shower door kept opening while taking a shower maybe a leveling issue so I tried to put a towel between doors and that helped a little.

1. Location is superb! Literally walking distance to the mall and Easton town 2. Staff is very friendly and very helpful 3. Starbucks coffee at the bistro! 4. As business traveller, i'm really grateful that the hotel provides free printing service, which i never found in any other hotel.

was shocked there was no coffee station in lobby in morning - they were doing this to promote Starbucks (in lobby) yet a traditional coffee station (for simple black coffee) is expected. otherwise no complaints. would stay again

Jennie was a great! Any questions I had she answered and the property was centrally located to a lot of great restaurants and things to do

It was clean, nice, easy to find, close to Easton and the interstate.

The walls are thin and I could hear the screaming baby across the hall and the 10yr old who stood in the hallway screaming at his parents.

Perfect location for shopping & dinner at Easton. Friendly welcome & staff in the bistro.

TV on the side of the bed. Hard to see if laying on far side of the bed.
