The staff at the Easton Town Center Aloft was by far the best I’ve seen in a long time! We were in town for my niece wedding. Front desk staff was vey accommodating. I was able to check in and got my room at 12pm. They answered a million questions I had as my older parents were checking in later that day & I was able to reserve a room on the lowest floor for them! The staff on after hours were amazing! The bartender working Saturday night was amazing! I wish I had their names! I can’t say enough about the level of service I received during my stay! Also my room was very clean and had everything I needed!

Staff, location

The location was excellent! The gym and pool were well kept/stocked and great. The common areas were kept clean and had very little traffic. The staff were exceptionally helpful, down to the maintenance man (whom i didn’t need, but ran into on the way to my room).

The walls seemed pretty thin. I say this because i heard a couple “wrestling” each other while walking to my room. I didn’t think much of it, but then i got to my room and could hear the conversation of the guest in the room next door. Idk if they were talking louder than normal or if the walls are really that thin. But that is essentially the only flaw i could find with this hotel.

I called hours before my arrival and was told I could have early check in. when I arrived at 9am I was told I couldn’t check in until around 3pm and that I would get a text when my room was ready. I didn’t get a text until 530pm

Love the room glad to be able to have breakfast need a lunch and dinner menu,just in case you don’t won’t to leave the property. Also the fridge needs at least two water when there’s two guests. Still a lovely place to stay!

Need more snacks and food options

I loved the modern vibe this hotel had! It was very nice and clean. The hotel staff were very nice and helped out as much as possible!! Not that loud at night for being right across the street from a bar.

I wish the rooms were slightly bigger. On the website it seemed that the rooms were bigger. Not a big deal though. Also the shower didn’t seem to be cleaned well but again no worries because I cleaned it before using it anyway.

The room and hotel was very stylist. The bed was very comfortable. Having the mini fridge was a nice touch.

There was some scuffs on the wall and the lids for the coffee in the room didn’t fit the cups well.

My husband and I decided last minute to have a date night, so we booked a king room and it was perfect! The guy at the front desk was super nice, the room was clean, modern had huge windows for a great view and natural lighting. The vibe of the lobby/bar area was great and the location was fantastic being right in the heart of Easton. We would have enjoyed a room service option but overall we have no complaints!

The staff was amazing and friendly and the location is a prime location in Easton Town Center within walking distance of pretty much everything. The hotel is designed to feature the bar and lobby area and provides a great social atmosphere.

No microwaves in the hotel so there's no way to heat up leftovers or frozen meals you may buy off property.

Staff was friendly and helpful. After a bit of a hiccup with my tax exempt forms (as a state employee traveling for work), they quickly rectified the issue and were friendly in doing so!

The staff was friendly and the hotel is always clean!! I normally stay here for work purposes but this time my husband came with and was able to experience the hotel I always rave about!!
