It was clean, quiet and the staff friendly. The breakfast that was included was delicious. Not only the typical "free" stuff, but scrambled eggs, bacon and potatoes for a complete hot meal. If in the area again, this will be our choice.

Stayed twice as pit stop on the way to other places and home. It's a comfortable clean hotel with a friendly staff. It's easily accessible to I-80 and has a variety of places to eat around it. We were traveling with a dog and it had a pet area that was clean.

They are so service minded! I had booking for Monday and it was unbookable but when I called and asked if I could reschedule for Sunday instead since we came off burning man before they fixed it. I will definitely be back! Great place and fantastic staff!

comfortable for a 1-night stay
I originally reserved 5 rooms, but canceled 1 about 6 weeks before our arrival. The hotel still had 5 rooms. I don’t know if that was the hotel’s glitch or Booking.com’s glitch. Happily, the receptionist adjusted the reservation. The pool was not open. They said it hadn’t reopened since Covid closing. That should be mentioned on their website.

We loved the pool. We also loved the breakfast and the woman in charge of the breakfast was working so hard to keep everything clean.
I’m not sure we knew there were no elevators but that would have been helpful to know in advance.

Accidently left two pillows when we left. Called sunday night when we got home, talked to Lisa Ketner. She went way out of her way to arrange shipment back to us. She should be highly commended for her actions. You have excellent employee in Lisa. Give her a big raise, she deserves it.

The staff was great. I booked with you and they told me they don't honor reservations from booking.com because of lots of problems with you. They helped me find a nice room at another hotel. I hope you refunded my payment to you.

The breakfast was great and the woman working the room was very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants nearby.
Could hear the people above us very well. A/C was a little noisy. Bathroom sink drained very slowly. Pool and hot tub were under renovation although we probably wouldn't have used them anyway.

Pet friendly, courteous staff, Quick check in and no hassle check out. After spending a night in Vegas on my way out West, this hotel was a godsend. Clean and the room was better than the one I booked at mgm the prior night, with Half the hassle. Highly recommend
