The location was fine for our purposes. The staff were friendly and helpful. The fitness room was clean.

The room needed more comfortable furniture. For the price of the room it was sparse. The sound from the adjoining room was annoying. Needs heavier doors between the rooms. The shower squealed, not a good sound first thing in the morning. Breakfast was lacking. Some sausage or bacon would have been nice. The treadmill in the fitness room needs replacing. Th speed control doesn't work and the deck needs adjusting. Disappointed the pool wasn't open in late june.

Our room was very nice, and there was enough food selections for keto diet and diabetic diet.

The first staff member we encountered was very rude and we showed up at 3:00 pm and was told we would have to wait another hour or two and they would call us. We returned later even though we did not get a call and at 5:00pm our room was ready.

Better room refrigerator/freezer than most motels with the capability to freeze bottles of water for a food & beverage car ice chest and a medications ice chest. Comfortable & quiet city center location easy to locate beside U.S 50 highway. Two story building with no elevator, but the receptionist cheerfully offered and assisted us get baggage upstairs to our 2nd floor room. Nice hot breakfast in a breakfast room. Bathroom was adequate for our handicaps.

Not knowing ahead to make our reservation for a handicap room or at least a room on the ground level.

1) I was en route to California via Reno. Due to Reno's proximity to Lake Tahoe etc., the hotel prices are generally high for Nevada. This hotel in Fallon is nearby and is reasonably priced. 2) The hot breakfast was FABULOUS. The variety of selections was huge for a hotel its size. The lady who worked there was very welcoming and worked diligently to keep everything well-stocked. Their coffee also tasted better than most hotels'. If you stay here, don't miss the breakfast and the coffee!

1) The hotel could use some renovation. It feels more like a motel than a hotel. 2) It felt like only their manager Leah/Lea at the front desk was enthusiatic about serving customers. A clerk gave me a room different from the one I asked for in the reservation. Leah/Lea quickly corrected that. 3) Beware of flies. There were quite a lot of them. The hotel can stock up on some swatters in case guests need them.

Both the front desk girls were wondeful super nice and friendly. When we needed more of something they helped us immediately which was amazing. There pet policy was awesome and very affordable with it only being 20 total for the pets a night. The pillows were the best I have had at a hotel really comfortable!

Had to call the front desk to get toilet paper because there was none in the room. Was kinda difficult to add we had dogs with us and was unable to find a price for them before getting there.

The staff were superb! They were so helpful and friendly. The lady who worked in the breakfast room was an absolute sweetheart!

The beds were almost unbearable. We rented 3 rooms for 3 nights and we were crippled when we left. Spring beds were the worst ever.

The disabled room/bathroom was spacious and cleaned.

The breakfast was okay. To me the potatoes were under cooked and the sausage was over cooked. One day the biscuits were undercooked and the gravy was thin and no flavor.

The young lady at arrival and check in made the experience awesome and followed up with a courtesy call on how the room was. In todays world you just don't see good service anymore and hats off to her she is doing a great job.

By the sign on the vending door for complimentary breakfast, it was advised as "grab & go". I sent my kids down and they were told that they would have to pay & wait for the staff to make it. That didn't seem like "grab & go" to me.

As far as the layout of the bathroom & how the sink is actually inside the room, it was not convenient getting fully ready, even having a king room. The two king beds were nice though.
