Breakfast was very good Staff called after I checked out to tell me I left a shirt and I could pick it up in the office. That has never happened to me before, much appreciated!

The hospitality, room,breakfast, and that there was security cameras outside of the hotel.

I liked everything about this place!!! And they have cameras outside so your cars are safe.

The room was pretty clean

Card detector wasn't reading and had to pay cash, but it also took it out of my account twice. I'm hoping for it to go back into my account. The people working seemed to have little experience with the system, but at least they were kind, manager was pretty professional. They, (girls running the hotel,) were honest and talked with their customers about the experience.

Asked for a ground floor room when I booked and didn’t get it.

I make reservations on booking .com when asked if I had reservations I said yes. They gave me a discount but then they came and got me canceled the reservation and charged me full price cuz I used booking.com. theorizing person didn't see I pre-registered. So it was MY fault for not letting them know. Plus the furnace was on 80 and never had any heat. Upstairs creaked as ppl walked across the floor not quiet at all.

Updated floors in room, great water pressure, and great food

20 degrees outside and they had ac still on. Hard bed, broken outlet by sink.

The young man at the desk was friendly and everything was clean. The exterior room door on the 1st floor was handy for toting luggage in and out. The bed was comfy enough.

The room was dank and smelled like cigarettes when we walked in. The A/C unit did not cool down the room until about midnight. The water pressure in the shower was terribly low. The bottom of the tub was slick. The lighting over the vanity was very dim, the vanity was counter top height and the sink stuck out so far it was difficult to get close enough to the mirror to put on makeup. They were stingy with the towels, only 2 of each when we could have used at least 3 of each. The pillows were hard and lumpy.
