very clean place, staff were very nice, the pool area was nice and clean, updated inside, outside is misleading to how nice the Hotel is. Lobby is very nice. Room was nice, beds were comfortable. We had a Sick kid in the night and the night desk lady got us fixed right up with new linens. Would stay again.

Bathroom was to small, Other Guests were rude. People these days have no common courtesy. Very loud at night, and early morning, so thin walls.. Someone brought a puppy that barked at every quest walking by the room. Someone pulled the fire alarm in the early morning. We didn’t get to have breakfast as we slept in longer from not being able to sleep well from all the above (Glad check out time was Noon). but it looked like it was probably a good spread. Pool was very cold but still nice.

The commons area was a GREAT place for our family to gather. In the evening, we ordered in pizza and ate there. We also enjoyed the delicious, complimentary breakfast there in the morning. The bar inside the facility was a great treat as well. We had a large group who enjoyed a great time there...and the bartender was outstanding. We were also pleased with the size of our room (one king-size bed).

We were pleased with nearly EVERYthing. The ONLY "negative" was no elevator to the 2nd floor

Great coffee at the lobby. Staff helped get the reservation corrected. Booking.com made a mistake deleting the wrong room (We went from three to two rooms) and the hotel could have denied our stay but they fixed the problem. Loved the pool and hot-tub but a party was also there. So we had to wait till the next morning. Water temperature was perfect. Room was not far away. Also beds were very comfortable. There were three large groups so the staff was busy yet managed to make our stay awesome.

The only issue I had was there was no elevator. My mom was with us and she has trouble with stairs. The restaurant was closed. They should get a business in there soon as it would really help. That or convert it to a meeting room.

We liked the clean room and food was Amazing!

We didn’t like that when we pulled up, the outdoor sign was missing panels and just the internal lights were showing. This is how it was for both signs. The parking lot didn’t look nice either. Looked from The outside like a run down place that we wouldn’t have chosen, but inside was nice.

There was a large selection of breakfast items and the dining area was clean and spacious. The room was quiet and clean and all staff that we interacted with were helpful.

The “hot” items on the breakfast bar could have been hotter and this may be just personal pfrefence, but I thought the bacon should have been cooked a bit more.

We thought the beds, pool and breakfast was great! The pool especially was beautiful and well layed out. The view of the hotel from the corner on the busy intersection makes it look a bit tired and run down, but entering through the front was a good surprise and contradicted my first impression. The lady checking is in was nice enough although she had her hands full with many things.

Appearance. While the rooms were clean, the door (B) we walked in had giant laundry bins lined up crooked along the wall, the cleaning room doors were open every time we walked by so we saw right in, boxes of stuff were waiting to be put away. While I know these things exist I wouldn't decorate my house with them, nor should a hotel.

The workers were nice.

The pool water was sooo cold and the hot tub wasn't even a hot tub. Then there was a little girl that slipped and broke her shoulder and they still didn't put wet signs by the pool. They need on for sure on the top floor because someone can slip and fall down the stairs.

Location was perfect! 5-10 minutes away from everything. The breakfast was great, so many more options than I thought there would be. The pool was very well taken care of and pretty big. The house keepers were so nice. Everything was extremely clean

The front desk woman checking us in was a little rude and seemed like she was annoyed with our questions and the pillows seemed a bit stiff but overall I still give the hotel 5 stars

Clean. Located on major roads to get around. Comfortable.

Staff was not overly unfriendly but seemed annoyed I was there. When going to the checkout the desk clerk was smoking with a big sign behind her that said no smoking. Lighting in the rooms was lacking. Had to turn on almost every light for a conference call.

Loved soakkng in the well jetted hot part of pool. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Breakfast bar well stocked with the usual. Not well suited to a vegetarian that eats organic.

There are always men smoking at the hotel entrance, even though a sign says no smoking within 25 feet of the entrance. I would rather not walk thru stinky smoke just to enter hotel. Maybe moving the benches and ashtrays 25 feet from entrance would help.
