Location was good. Clean rooms. Liked being able to sit out back on their patio.
We got a suite with a kitchen and there were only 2 of each 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 cups, 2 forks, 2 knives, etc. Need more especially since we were in a room that could sleep 6. This was my biggest complaint. Need to have enough for 4-6 people. When I asked for more they said they didn't have anymore. Beds were very hard. Breakfast was not good, could be better.

My expectation was for 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. We received 1 room that has 1 bed and a hide a bed. Both rooms were the same price. The hide a bed was not comfortable for an adult. I was not happy. The staff on night shift was not able to change the prices and said it was due to booking online.

The bed and pillows were wonderful. The room was not huge had everything that I was looking for. i was surprised to see a 2 burner stove and full sized refrigerator. Also thought that the card in with the room keys offering discounts at restaurants close to the location was a good touch.
A location closer to downtown would have been nice.

Bad first impression. Glass entrance enclosure was filthy dirty. Everything else was very clean. The lady on duty late in the afternoon was very engaging. However, the next morning day manager was much less so.

The room was very clean, except that the air vent above the bathroom sink needed to be dusted really bad!
The party next door from 0300 - 0400. I could hear the talking and laughing like it was outside our door.

No problem staying in a handicapped room but I was surprised by the slippery floor in the bathroom. It concerned me for someone negotiating a cane or wheel chair.
