We had to extend our stay to 8 nights. Staying that long helps to expose some of the habitual maintenance, housekeeping, staffing integrity, and facility amenity availability of the property more long term. We LOVED the pantry, the absolute quality of the heavy doors and strong walls that provided a QUIET room. We used the BBQ one evening, more than a few meals with the Crock Pots, and the toaster oven was a huge advantage. I think I related to MOST of the staff at all times of the day and night and EACH one was friendly and helpful. The lobby is spotlessly clean. Also the hallways and elevators. The indoor pool is a salt pool so no chlorine, and the shower is also soft water. We did have to ask for more replacement towels and trash bags, and the supply of dishwasher tabs kept on a comin'.... since we asked for extensions as family issues arose. We asked for a longer stay- 3 times before we left. And it was hard to leave!!! I LOVE this manager and his entire facility crew. A great shout-out to Grand Island! VERY worth the price. You will have a WONDERFUL stay. We loved having the choices over our meal times, food choices, and "happy hours" ! And did I mention the free laundry facilities? :)
I didn't like leaving for a very long road trip home to Florida. That is about it.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a free laundry room there. The machines were good and well-maintained. Our only problem was that there was a wait-time to use them; there could be more machines?
I think trash pickup could be more often for a week-long stay. Also, the choices in the food coolers were limited for trying to have breakfast or supper without having to drive somewhere. As I said, above, they could really use another washing machine or two.

Quiet very well insulated rooms. We never heard another room or outside noise. TV was actually loud enough to hear clearly. Most powerful shower as far as pressure goes I've ever had, like a human pressure washer.
Small parking lot and spots. Squeeky bed, just sitting on it sounded devious.

Serena is a ray of light through the dark clouds that brought my family to this city. She treated me and my two pups like VIPs, at first, and then family friends as we continued crossing paths. I will remember Grand Island, Nebraska because of her.
The facilities are quite nice. The price is high, in my opinion, but the quality of cleaning and facility stipulate reasonable justification. Housekeeping staff not only keeps exceptionally high cleaning standards, but they are considerate and extremely accommodating. A few front desk agents are very friendly: one was outstanding, some are standard-cordial, and one or two were just "okay".

A little out of the way from I-80, but worth the short detour. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Since we arrived late, and no breakfast was served in the morning, we used the well equipped kitchenette to make light meals. The parking lot was well lit, visible, and secure. We appreciated this because we had some cargo in our vehicle that we did not want to unload. I would stay here again

Hidden fees - separate fee for pets was excessive included separate taxes! Pets charged as if they are worse than humans. Since it was well after midnight when we arrived, the night staff informed us not to worry about this rather we learned about the pet fee the following morning when we check out.
