Absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! If every single hotel could be like this no one would own a house!!!! The rooms are immaculate and everything is SUPER clean. The staff is hands down the best I have ever encountered! Covid-19 has been trying on the WORLD and Michelle went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I wanted AND needed even down to listening to the tiniest detail in what I wanted from my stay. She is truly the reason my husband and I fell in love with this place and will recommend it to ANYONE! She should be the one who trains the hotel staff across the country!!!!

Upon arrival of all 16 of us, the desk gal was awesome (we arrived on 7/7/23 in the evening). We were starving and she gave us pizza restaurant suggestions then let us use the breakfast area to eat our delivered pizzas! She also turned the TV on for us and offered us board games! When we checked out the next morning, she was there. Obviously she got called back in! You don’t see a work ethic like that anymore!!

The staff was fantastic. Joe at the front desk is exceptional There was also a woman, I do not remember her name (she worked Wednesday (June 16th) during the day who was also fantastic. I was very impressed with the staff

Breakfast is limited. I am guessing due to the pandemic.

The staff was the friendliest staff of any hotel at which I’ve ever stayed. They were quick to address any issue with kindness and owned every problem. The breakfast was great, the beds were so comfortable, and everything was very clean.

This was entirely out of their control, but a pipe busted and we were without water until our second night. We considered changing hotels but it was so clean and otherwise comfortable that we decided to wait it out.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and comfy. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. So well we got up later than we had planned. No worries though. We skipped the dine-in breakfast and took a breakfast to go. Check out was easy.

The side outside door was not working properly. The room key was supposed to let you in and it did not. This caused us to have to walk around the building to get in.

Loved the pool, good breakfast, and nice size room!

Bed was comfy, shower was upgraded, plenty of plugs for our devices, loved the extra seating in the corner of the room, Staff was super helpful

Staff underestimated the amount of guests they would have for breakfast (Easter weekend), therefore with 20 mins left they were almost out of food. Doors were super heavy which are a good thing but everyone let the door slam shut (super loud) Curtains let too much light in (we piled jackets on window to help limit the sunlight in the AM)

They were helpful and loved on our dog. Every time we walked past the desk they would have a cookie ready for her.

Breakfast was great but the hot items like eggs and meat could use an upgrade. The was plenty of fresh fruits, breads and hot drinks.

Bathroom fixtures were exceptionally well designed. Bathroom was very clean. A down note; cleaning staff left shampoo dispenser empty. Was a big deal for me.
