I like the service they provide & the staff were friendly enough. I'll be back to stay again🥰
I didn't like that some of the creamer i used for my coffee were stale & must have expired. I dont believe it was intentionally left there, but the staff must really be careful & try to maintain those only fresh & good creamers in the breakfast area. It can mess up someones healthy stomach & their stay. Othere than that, i was disappointed that my stay was short!

The rooms were always clean when I'd come back, and the location was close to other stores and the road as well. The staff were also polite enough to answer any of the questions I had and helped resolve any issues if there were any, too.
I don't think I really had anything I didn't like. It was just an older building than what I expected, but aside from that, everything else was what you'd expect from a hotel

The room I stayed in had brand new furniture and a brand new bed! Clearly room had been recently renovated so it was very clean!
Need better shower curtain or a liner. I had to use all the towels to mop up the water on the bathroom floor after my shower. There was a beeping noise in the hallway that sounded like a smoke alarm that needs a new battery. There were people in the hallway talking loudly past 11 pm. Back entrance where room was located has issues latching unless you pull the door shut behind you.

Location to mid town Omaha it made getting to church where I was working. Huge room it could easily be a studio apt.
The bed was to high I could not get in I'm short this was difficult.

they didn’t maintain the breakfast stuff - one person did all work of front desk and breakfast. there wasn’t a blow dryer in the room

Rooms and specifically beds are very comfortable. Location was excellent as near highways, restaurants and my families place. Price very good for hotel room.
No breakfast due to COVID but could have offered a breakfast bag like other hotels. No Kleenex in room so used toilet paper. Some noise from nearby businesses but fortunately stopped before midnight. Check in staff not really friendly or helpful.

The staff went above and beyond to remedy any issues and were pleasant. Room had all things needed. Very comfortable temperature and sleeping.
The shampoos /conditioner were small. that's all.
