To be honest, we arrived very upset finding out that the airport shuttle did not run during the hours that we needed them. I thought this very misleading as it was advertised on your website and that was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. But upon check-in the receptionist, whose name is Kelly, did a wonderful job to secure a taxi for us in order to get to the airport the next morning. We want to thank Kelly very much and hope that she gets some sort of bonus for her kindness. Also Daniel The bartender / waiter was excellent and highly professional.

Friendly staff, hotel and room were clean and comfortable, it was great to have an on-site washer & dryer to use. Did not use the pool or take advantage of breakfast or any on-site meals so I cannot comment on the food. Good amenities in the bathroom. Close to restaurants and felt like a safe area. 15 minute drive from the airport.

No complaints. I think the only thing I would change if I could is the set up of the king-size room we stayed in. I would put the TV at the end of the bed instead of to the side of the bed.

We were at the Mid America Center for an activity so the location was wonderful. I did appreciate the quietness of the space. The seating was very nice as well. We enjoyed having a spot for down time.

The room was WARM. We had to turn on and leave on the air conditioner as it was so hot in the room when we arrived. Then I shut it all off and left fan on and it still was 70+ degrees in the space. This was a little warm for us. The lack of breakfast included does make for a more difficult stay when we were not going far.

I did not eat breakfast. I was at your establishment a total of 5 hours.

I was initially charged $130. And then for no apparent reason, an additional $10.00 charge was added to my account. When I called to ask about the $10.00, the assistant manager did her best to find out why the charge occurred, but was unable to find out the exact reason. The deposit funds were released and the following day, the $10.00 was released. Still don't know why that happened.

Always a classy clean property.

Phoned order to bistro after having to retrieve a menu from the front desk. Waited half hour with no response that food was ready. Went to bistro, asked, and they had forgot to put the order in. My partner was mad, it was late, and refused to have the order filled. I kept my part of the order. Again no response in proper amount of time. Went to the bistro to check, and discovered that the order was being brought to our room. When I returned to the room, the food was there and they comped the beverage for the error. Poor help on that part.

The room was very nice. The patio was nice also. Very clean rooms.

The breakfast should be included, you shouldn't have to pay extra. The way the breakfast is done it isn't worth $10, a person. The staff working that area were not very friendly or helpful. Two mornings of breakfast were to be included in our booking package, but because they did it different on Monday morning we couldn't stay. I then got charged for a breakfast we didn't eat. Don't include the breakfast when booking, it's not worth it.

I mentioned in my booking that we were there celebrating my husband's birthday, they got him a card and wrote hand written birthday wishes to him and enclosed free drink vouchers. I felt this was above and beyond

The staff was absolutely wonderful and treated our family with the utmost kindness and respect. Being a lesbian couple it is a hit or miss whether we are treated nicely by establishments. That was no problem here at all and they exceeded our expectations!

There were minor cosmetic issues with the room. (Small chip in the hallway mirror, black mark on the wall, and some strange gooey thing on the floor next to the bed).

Super clean and staff was nice.

There were some guests constantly coming in and out from 11pm until midnight. They were slamming the door so loud. So disrespectful for the others guest. We didn't get too much sleep that night.

What’s not to like? Location was great, beautiful, clean, comfortable, quiet, Haley was terrific for checking us in and checking us out!

Could purchase breakfast, so breakfast was available.
