The beds were comfy Great shower

The people in 320 above us were loud, they got up there late and were up until 130am then were up and loud again from 530am on. My dtr called down to front office and the young woman wasn’t helpful in quieting them down. I said something to her when we left that I was not happy and she said well I called and told them and shrugged her shoulders.. obviously not a Big deal to them as they continued. We were exhausted and had to drive home being exhausted. I know she will never stay at your hotel again and will probably let a lot of people know how our experience was. Too bad… because the carpet, even in the hallways were so cushiony, the room was really good, the beds were great, the pillows were fabulous, and yet this one person didn’t care enough to complete our request times two .

Absolutely outstanding !! We stayed for a week. The cost was very reasonable and the facilities were wonderful. The breakfast was probably the best I have experienced in many, many years of traveling. I prepaid for my stay, and everything was just as promised . The suite was very comfortable . Everyone was helpful and pleasant during our entire stay. I will most definitely stay here the next time I visit family in the area.

I can't really think of anything in particular. The only drawback might be the amount of parking spaces directly in front of the hotel. There is more than ample parking behind the hotel, however. This facility is absolutely wonderful.

Very busy during a blizzard. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good but we could tell they had been busy. Many things were out. I let the attendant know there were no coffee cups at either station. She was super busy trying to keep up. I received a text about check out about the same time my husband complained about lack of variety in breakfast items. So I sent a text explaining they needed to send this lady help to get caught up. Within minutes another lady came out and started looking around and filling things back up.

The parking lot was not very maintained snow wise in several places. Hard to maneuver. Parking is confusing.

My husband and I are both disabled. The hotel was close to the medical facility where we had a doctor's appointment. It was clean with disability rooms available, and it was extremely quiet. Staff went above and beyond to meet our needs with extra pillows, disability items, and a late checkout when we needed it. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was good, and staff helped in getting it to our room when my husband couldn't make it to the dining room. It will definitely be our hotel of choice when in the Omaha/Council Bluffs metro area.

Absolutely nothing!

Rooms were clean with plenty of space. Breakfast was good and staff so friendly and prompt in cleaning the tables. I would have liked a bit more variety with the hot breakfast but overall it was good. Steps from Mid America Center perfect for the event.

I would have liked my room cleaned old towels taken away new towels replaced and garbage emptied at the very least. Service like the old days.

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of items. Check-in and check-out were easy. Staff was friendly and helpful and we appreciated their restaurant recommendations.

Pipes in a bathroom nearby made a horrible noise that kept us awake. They made a high-pitched sound several times during the night. which cost us some sleep before a long drive the next day. This was the only negative thing about our stay, but it would make us think twice about returning.

Convenient to the convention center. Room, pool and breakfasts were great

Laundry ..one washer and dryer for entire building. And dryer wasn't drying clothes even after 2 cycles. Told the night clerk and he did offer me the use of their commercial dryer which allowed me to finish the laundry so I appreciated that. But it sounded like they know the dryer doesn't really work but had no sign on it and were making no effort to fix or replace it.

The breakfast hostess was attentive and friendly! Great location adjacent to the Mid America Center. The beds were really comfortable.

The front desk staff was a bit grouchy and not very friendly. Also we had an issue with the toilet in our room that wasn't ever fixed, altho we were told it would be. Not getting room service for our entire three day stay was a bit disappointing.

I decided on staying at this hotel instead of one in Omaha due to the reviews and it was definitely worth it! We were 10 minutes from the zoo, if that. about 15 from the childrens museum. the pool was nice and the breakfast was amazing! you didn’t have to wait very long either for any food or drinks to be restocked. the overflow room was open each morning. we even left later than planned the day of check out so we could eat breakfast. the staff was super friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

only thing I that bothered me was that housekeeping isn’t on the property 24/7. my child puked their food up on the floor so i called the front desk to get it cleaned. i was told housekeeping left for the day so it would be a while before it could get cleaned because of check-ins. I let them know I’d be leaving the room for a few hours. when I got back I had a note on the door telling me if i needed anything like trash bags, towels, cleaners, etc to just ask the desk. not my normal hotel experience but at least they were polite and did help us out with everything we needed when we went and asked for it! side note: don’t trust the floors here because i don’t believe it ever

The property was clean the breakfast was great. Front desk polite and friendly.

The older maid that was working had a very loud fowel mouth. We were leaving and the maids were getting off and she was yelling around with a nasty mouth words my young son didn't need to here. She must have just came back to work as one of the other maids proclaimed with laughter how she missed her.
