The fact that it’s a Hampton Inn. We will go a little out of our way to stay with Hampton. Their beds & pillows are the Best hands down. We have always had Great experiences with this chain.
The breakfast buffet had the wrong hours posted & they were very strict about shutting down on the exact time they had in place. They still had food available but that didn’t matter. The person in charge was not nice about anyone trying to get in & take what was available. They need to change the sign or be more understandable for those trying to get food within the posted hours.

We have stayed in motels for the last half a month. I always shoot for Hamptons, but the prices have been too high for us being on an extended trip. We treated ourselves last night, and I am glad we did! Everything about the room is well thought out and comfortable/very nice. I liked the ability to walk to the casino. Breakfast this morning was extremely good and different from the rest! River view was awesome.

The staff went above and beyond when my card wasn’t working and when my kids spilled water from the cooler. The staff was super nice to my 4 kids. The pool was awesome. It was open late so we were able to swim after we got back from visiting family.
The kids found an m&m and a cough drop under the bed so checking underneath the bed would be a good idea especially when children will be using the room.

Breakfast was very good, nice selection. The Lady who managed it was awesome to keep the location clean and everything restocked. She was helpful in checking ingredients as I am vegetarian and have some dietary restrictions.
Thought the room price was a little on high side initially, but services and shuttle transportation made up for the difference. Plus everyone was so nice and helpful. General Manager Laura was awesome helping me with paperwork.

The location is perfect.
Evening Front desk lady was rude. I asked how much for a bottle of coke, she said 3 bucks, she charged my card 5 bucks but didn't tell me. When I called down there, She placed me on hold and never came back.

The shuttle service was a lifesaver for a very busy concert at CHI health arena in downtown Omaha. Every staff member we met was pleasant and professional. The breakfast was excellent every morning too.
The shower handle spins complete 360 and made it difficult to figure out hot and cold. It took about 5 minutes for the water to warm up once we figured out which way was hot.

Breakfast was great and thank you for the variety and the coffee! And Jessica at the front desk was so friendly and helpful at check-in! She was extra kind to my daughter and gave us some insider tips for the nearby zoo.
The AC unit in our room was a little noisy/had a rattle.

Ease of getting around, very clean. I like that both hotels are connected to go to the casino end.
Breakfast was disgusting. Sausage gravy was like eating black pepper out of the container. Scrambled eggs sitting in water are not my thing.

It was great location by the zoo and very clean. The free breakfast was good too.
The pool area was very hot and needed more outside sitting area by the pool.

Excellent breakfast. Food was prepared well and kept hot. The location of this hotel was perfect for our needs. The free shuttle to the Henry Doorly Zoo was perfect for us both days.
