Loved everything. Room was very nice and clean. Pool was very enjoyable. Breakfast was awesome. Had biscuits and gravy Saturday and scrambled eggs and sausage Sunday so was great they had different food each day. My kids loved it too. We would have stayed longer if could have afford it. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at red roof inn. We stayed here last year too. Which is why I picked it again. Loved it the first time. So very much recommend. My kids and I loved sitting in the lobby drinking coffee at night watching tv and talking. It was fun.

The only complaint I have is they needed to keep up with towels where swimming pool is. The 2nd time we went swimming there was o ly 1 towels and there was 20 people in there. So boyfriend had to go ask for towels. But other then that everything was perfect.

We stayed in one of the suites, it was very roomy and comfortable; much larger room than all other places we have stayed in Council Bluffs. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely try to reserve a suite again when we visit Council Bluffs next.

Generally I have no problems listing things that I did not like about the places we stay; this Red Roof Inn however was a breath of fresh air. There was absolutely nothing that we did not like during our stay here; this was not our first stay at the Red Roof Inn Council Bluffs, and we plan to stay here whenever we visit town providing rooms are available.

The size of the room was great, we had a family gathering for NYE played games together and ate ... It was a great time where we could all get together! I live in North Dakota and traveled trough a blizzard to see my 3 adult children and significant others and my grandson! So it couldnt get any better ... We were warm... It was a lil cramped but it was completely okay! ❤

Oh my GAWD ! The bed was so freaking hard! Everyday when I woke up, I could barely walk! Also I was under the impression it was a kitchenette, therefor I assumed it mat have had a small stove(NO CHANCE) It was a good thing that my daughter lived in omaha and she could cook what we needed and just brought a crockpot. It is what it is cant change it now...

staff was great !!!

Mean while at check in,they said that Booking.com is always a penny short and it took 20 minutes to check in due to not being paid in full. They have to add a penny to the reservation to make the transaction of the stay paid in full and then go back and settle it and finally start the check in process !!! PENNY’s do make dollars as well as it don’t make cents cause it cost dollars BOOKING.com. Just thought someone should bring it to light. After all Time is Money!!!! 🤓👌🙃👍😉

Large room with 3 beds for a family of 5, plenty of room to spread out. Large refrigerator for storing perishables and keeping beverages cold. Great place to stay for a multi day trip to Omaha Zoo and other places of interest in the area. Short easy drive to the zoo.

No phone in the room, had to walk a long distance to front desk to get questions answered. Staff seemed surprised there was no phone in the room, I'm sure that problem will be fixed.

Breakfast has good selection and hours. Near everything from casino to resteraunts to shopping choices everywhere close. The room is very nice layout and lots of space. Pretty quiet at night.

Unfortunately our door would not open with the key and the very extremely helpful staff had problem opening it also but was able to call someone to get a way to open it and no problem after it was opened by staff. the staff apologized several times but was very speedy with solving the problem

The room was clean and cozy. That was most important. The traffic in the hall could be heard but not through the walls of the room. I also couldn't hear the traffic.... I was comfortable that was the most important thing for me. I wished there was a workout room of some kind and/or hot tub but they didn't advertise that so...no big deal. Great value moving in college student for the night. Thanks!

Close to everything and highway access was easy.

I don't mind pets but when they are barking early in the morning it got annoying. Also people letting their children run the halls late at night slamming doors. One night it was til 1 am. Parents was no where to be found. Children was alone.

Check in was easy and desk clerk was amazing. Booking extended stay was super easy and convenient as well. Breakfast was the best we have had from a hotel stay

That we had to leave!! If i could have afforded it we would have extended another night for sure, whenever I can afford a night again for a staycation it will definitely be here!!

The staff there were very friendly and professional. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable.

There were a bunch of guests that checked in after us and they were very loud up and down the hallway all night stomping feet and letting their children run back and forth and kept slamming doors
