Overall the property was great. My only 2 complaints - the thermostat doesn’t go below 69 and we like it much cooler. It also doesn’t have a fan option so if you like sleeping with a fan be sure to bring one. Secondly I was disappointed in the bathroom cleanliness. First glance it appeared fine but I noticed several hairs (not ours) on the floor and dirt/spills on the doors. The shower and toilet was clean and I did not notice any issues with the rest of the room.

The king room was spacious enough for my 7 year old and I. She loved the fold out couch. The shower was a huge bonus. It was so big. Fitness room was excellent. Pool was small but my daughter loved it and I loved the hot tub. It wasn't very busy so it was great.

I don't have anything to complain about. We did not purchase breakfast either of those days because we were too busy with dance competition. I would have loved to see the firepit outside going because my daughter and I wanted to go out there and sit by the fire in the evening.

Very nice. we were only there like 12 hours to rest & sleep Thanksgiving night after seeing family. It was very quiet. which was amazing!

wasn’t there long enough to not like anything. I guess my husband loved the beds, I just thought it was a little on the too firm side.

I liked the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room. It was also very bright and appealing.

The bed was a little to firm but thats ok. I also was not to fond of the shower. The faucet head seemed broken and i didnt like not having a door and the bathroom fan didn't work so it got really hot and foggy.

I was able to get an adjoining room with my daughter and grandkids

we didn’t know you allowed dogs in all rooms, my daughter and granddaughter are especially allergic to dogs and both had terrible reactions. I had found a small dried dog turd on the floor under the ottoman, that’s how I knew there had been a dog in the room before us.

My nephew had his retirement ceremony in the event center and everything was wonderful. The waitstaff was very professional and friendly.

The first night there, someone came in after midnight with a barking dog. Personally, I'm not a fan of dogs and think they should be on their own separate floor away from people who don't have one traveling with them.

The staff was so friendly and made you feel right at home. The rooms and facilities are very clean. The rooms are good sizes, comfortable beds and very spacious bathrooms. definitely a great place to stay!

Easy check in and out. Access to the pool and food was good.

Morning staff in restaurant was not very friendly or happy. Made me feel uncomfortable ordering breakfast

Much better than breakfast usually encountered when traveling

Had to change rooms due to tv malfunction. This was handled very promptly and professionally. Really no problem at all.

Pool was very small and there was no actual restaurant, limited food selections on what they had.
