Brand new clean and updated facility. The rooms are basic but have modern decorations and all the amenities you would need for a stay. The lobby lounge is comfortable and the outdoor patio area is very nice.

When we checked in we were told there were no king rooms available, which we had booked. The front desk employee asked if we wanted a queen room at the same rate. She finally said she would “move things around” and found us a king room. The water in the bathroom sink and shower is over-softened. it is extremely slimy feeling and made the shower extra slick.

We liked that everything was neat and well kept. The view was okay but I especially like that a Coffee place was right next door.

The bathroom shower floor was VERY slippery and my fiancé almost took a pretty bad fall. Think it could be the soap, and/or the shower floor being to smooth and not having good traction.

For a couple, the lofts were great setups! The rooms were clean, modern and the beds were very comfortable! I also liked the bar area, outdoor seating area, and game area.

For family, the bathroom area is a little too open. I wasnt impressed with the pool and definitely need a hottub for a romantic getaway. I wish they offered a breakfast with the stay.

The staff were really lovely, friendly and very helpful

The housekeeping, we spend 10 nights there and bed was not made or changed during our stay and the tea and coffee tray was not replenished after first night. They did empty bins, replaced clean towels and toilet roll.

there were Very Loud guests until after midnight … in the halls apparently. I was on the phone and the person I was speaking to thought it was my television it was so loud …

we loved everything about this hotel. first time in a while we’ve stayed at a hotel that hasn’t left our necks and backs out of wack. we have been to Omaha multiple times and have been trying to find a hotel that is great in price and value. we finally found one at the Aloft Hotel. it was perfect for our couple getaway. can’t wait to go back!

Lobby was nice, staff friendly. I didn't observe any breakfast on the morning I left. Rooms are trendy and clean. Bathroom in the room is way more open concept than you'd find to be normal (see listing photos). I recall a painful delay when pressing buttons to operate the tv. Very slow tv software.

the open floorplan for the room and only one tiny cabinet with two drawers for clothes. We had 2 adult women, 1 adult male and a baby and it was awkward to use the bathroom and there wasn't enough cabinet space or hangers for our clothes.

Aloft is a little slice of heaven in the hotel world. Fresh, clean, great room set up and modern design, especially enjoyed the corner seating and table set up, which we used for in-room dining. VERY PET FRIENDLY! Great parking. You can hear hallway noise somewhat easily, but to be fair, a family with small children were playing in the hallway for a period of time (so probably an isolated event). Noise from above or beside our room was nonexistent. Pool was open and used by several guests, included a chair for disabled to enter the pool with. That’s the thing, everything missing in a “regular” hotel, is captured at Aloft. Great bed, pillows, towels. The room had an efficient refrigerator with a quick cook feature that was superior, safe, hair dryer, clothes steamer, huge smart TV and many little extras that made it feel like we had a say in the design of the room. There are several restaurants within a 6 block area and most delivered. Good variety of food options. This property is surrounded by new apartment buildings.

The shower was EXTREMELY slippery. We ended up putting a hand towel on the shower floor so that we didn’t fall on our butts! No shelves or cubbies to set your shower products either. But I’m a bit old school on this topic. There was no microwave in our room or in the common area, (perhaps due to Covid??) but staff offered to pop my microwave popcorn, which I appreciated!

The staff were amazing - including the manager! Overnight, our car was broken into and all our luggage was stolen. The staff made it more than bearable! They were extremely helpful, sympathetic and offered all their services to us.
