clean and a great location. if you want to enjoy Alsatian village it is perfect. it was winter when we were there and they had coffee and hot chocolate available in the lobby. they even had marshmallows for the coco. the bar area looked great. the parking garage attached to it is FREE and leads directly into the lobby.

it was a bit of a walk from the elevator to our room. not the hotels fault but the few hundred foot walk to our room wasn’t fun some nights. lol. there may have been some beverages involved that helped it be a little more annoying.

Location’s perfect! So accessible to everything especially restaurants. The ramp parking was also convenient. The room was excellent , comes with a microwave (seldom you can find now with other hotels , unless you get a more expensive suite). Overall, a really good pick for a place to stay in Omaha , it’s worth every penny !

The only small thing we did not like is the floors were not sound -proof I guess. The noise above our room was a bit uncomfortable especially when it’s after 10 pm or bedtime for kids. But otherwise, it was handled really well by staff. Thank you!

This property was EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN AND had an AmAzZzInG STAFF! I’m a Nebraskan so when it is said we have G00D PE0PLE, this hotel was a FAB EXAMPLE! Friendly & helpful people, exceptionally QUIET despite being COMPLETELY FULL, CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN, Modern, well equipped, in an area that has anything you would need! I travel for a living and combined business with pleasure for the weekend and was NOT DISAPPOINTED! Thank you everyone for such a wonderful 2 day stay! See you soon!

I missed not having breakfast, it would be an awesome step above the rest if it were free, but I understand the extra cost…the only other thing I didn’t like was having to leave!

The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and quiet while the bed was comfortable - I was able to get a good night of rest. The hotel was in close vicinity to my conference (located at College of St Mary).

I wasn't told there was a breakfast voucher for me to use until after I had breakfast. It would have been nice if the gentlemen who checked me in the night before would have provided me the voucher at that time. I didn't find out until I was checking out at the front desk right after I had eaten, however Ruth was able to remove the breakfast charge from my bill.

It’s a beautiful hotel, clean and tidy and very nice. It was super snowy and icy so I was very thankful for the parking garage. All the staff I interacted with were kind and helpful.

The only thing - I went down to the hotel bar and other customers were super loud, playing their own music for us all to hear, just being kinda rowdy. I think it would be better to have rules about how people act in the bar. The staff was fine though, just other customers who were a little outta pocket.

practicality of fixtures and location of amenities, (Someone has the experience to know this.) Fast response from employees when I needed help, twice. Excellent service for our party at the large table by the bar. There were at least 10 of us and the bartender took great care of us.

I'll have to get back to you on that, can't think of a bad thing for the four days I was there.

The size of the room was very spacious and open and had excellent lighting. This will now be my hotel of choice, depending on the rate, when I return home to Omaha. Will also recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The breakfast was overpriced for the selections. More insulation in the ceiling would have minimized the noise level of the occupants above us. Very hard walkers and a child that ran back and forth late and very early during my stay.

The hotel is located in an area where there is a theater, bank, variety of restaurants ( at least one with gluten-free options) all within walking distance. My room was quiet and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

I had to leave at 4 am for an early flight. It was difficult to arrange transportation. I made arrangements with an Uber driver I used the day before. He arrived as planned, on time and I paid him what I would have paid a taxi + tip...all parties were happy! Be careful to check the Uber pricing, I paid $21 to go 3.5 miles in 10 minutes at most and then the next day (same route) $9.50. The local taxi service requires you to make arrangements 24 hours in advance if you want to specify a pick up time...and then they still said, "If someone is available". While I'm not risk averse; when there is a flight concerned, no thanks!

All was nice and clean.

For the price a good breakfast, not donuts and waffles, should be expected. Also, make sure you tell ppl that the parking ramp is not yours and it will not bring them directly back to the motel. We spent 40 minutes going up and down the elevator and trying to figure out which way and how to get to the motel from where we parked in the garage. My sister was fuming. Other than that all was great .

Breakfast complimentary due to check in issues that were beyond their control. The meal was delicious, the wait staff was very attentive, and the kitchen was quick with preparing the meals.

The breakfast prices on the menu were a bit high, so I probably would not have purchased the breakfast had it not been for the complimentary voucher. Fortunately, there is also a free continental breakfast option as well.
