Location is good, right next to hwy 77, close to gas and fast food.
Average motel breakfast if you are not diabetic and can eat sugary foods. We had to go out for breakfast. No elevator TIP: if you stay here, ask for a room on the back side away from the highway. Road noise is quite loud. Fan in A/C unit was very noisy Bed was hard Only enough towels for 1 person, you have to go to the desk to get more Price seemed high for a small town, but in fairness every motel in Beatrice is overpriced Bathroom light switch is on the wall on the opposite end of the room, not by the door. I understand they had to do this because of pocket door to bathroom but it is a safety hazard in the middle of the night. Shower water pressure is very low and temperature is quite high, almost got scalded the 1st morning.

We stayed in the King Suite with a jacuzzi tub. it was roomy & perfect for a relaxing weekend.
There were food crumbs in the carpet next to the chair & the couch needed the upholstery cleaned. The drain in the tub with the shower didn’t drain well. I opened the plug & it was clogged with bar soap & clumps of hair. Housekeeping should consider checking the drains regularly to prevent issues.

66 year old, female, single traveler: I had a very large room with king bed, love-seat style couch, corner upholstered seat, desk, etc. All furniture clean but dated. Mattress very comfortable and bedding clean. Room was on the backside of the hotel, with windows facing a wooded area. Windows opened, which was nice, but could not be locked. As it was a second floor room I didn’t feel concerned. When I first arrived it seemed that there were a lot of single men staying there, which did make me more vigilant. I learned that road crews doing construction were staying there. No one bothered me at all. I liked that there was a microwave in the dining area as by the time I got down to the breakfast, the biscuits were a bit hard and the gravy was cooling. A zap in the microwave and I had a very tasty breakfast of sausage gravy over softened biscuits. If I am in the area again. I would stay here again.

I had requested handicapped and didn't get that but it was okay except I requested an outside entrance close to grass area to let my dog out and I was on the opposite side of the lot. Had to load the dog and drive to the grass because I couldn't walk that far. So other than that, stay was very pleasant.

I always like coming here, it's inexpensive, the staff has always been nice, the location is easy to get to. The rooms are quiet and dark so I can sleep a little later!
No in room coffee.... and the breakfast area was out of coffee at 9am but the cappuccino was yummy!

It seemed clean. Nice bed. It looked like a new room. I think it had all new furniture. I liked that it had a waffle maker.
It could have been cleaned better in the corners. Not that great breakfast. The gravy for the biscuits was very cold.

The location was great for our trip. We were riding bicycles from Kansas to Lincoln and this hotel was very near the rail trail we rode on. It was also near a couple of good restaurants. The room was clean each time we stayed there and large enough to be comfortable.
