literally, stopped here for sleeping. I didn't use anything else here. just a very sleepy traveler. arriving to this location the property seemed clean. they were currently working on the pool, so no swimming allowed. gotten to my room; the bed was comfortable, big king bed, clean, open floor plan feeling. I slept for about 18 hours. couldn't hear anyone next door. check out was fast and simple. loved how this location was soo close to the highway. and you didn't have to drive far to find it.
seemed like someone was training a new staff member at the front desk and i had to wait for the new person to be shown how to do everything. the process of check in with these 2 could have taken less time if the person training would have just let the new person watch instead of telling them step by step. and i was very tired from driving all day and yesterday.

The staff were super friendly, and very welcoming when I arrived. The facilities were slightly dated, but very clean, and the breakfast was better than expected. I'd definitely consider booking a stay at this hotel again!
I reported to the front desk upon leaving that the television was needing to be reprogrammed. I would have reported the evening before, but I didn't have a need for it to be on. Also, the lamp by the television was also not working (wondered if the same issue wasn't the cause of both). Also one outlet in the far corner of the room was not working. Again, it wasn't a major issue for me for my stay, but it could have been for someone else.

We were able to get a room with three queen beds for a family of six. It was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was typical, but more than expected: pancakes, biscuits and sausage gravy, cereal, etc.
The room had a sort of musty or maybe smoked in smell, and it took a bit to get used to, impacted allergies.

Loved the consideration of all the staff and for their condolences due to the situation.. We were very pleased with every part of our stay at this location. The staff is wonderful there..
I can not really think of anything that we did not like about this location. The only suggestion I could give would to possibly offer a meat and some scrambled eggs at breakfast, but given the pandemic and all I totally understand.. Breakfast was awesome anyway..

The breakfast bar was amazing. Your staff is extremely kind and courteous and helpful. The bed was so comfortable no complaints there.
My only complaint is that the hallways smell like dog. It wasn’t overpowering but it was definitely noticeable.

Liked the pancake maker it was new to us, but worked great. The rest of the breakfast was also good. Stayed a few day was in the center of where we wanted to go. Liked having a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
Could use a little update and the fitted sheeting was too small for the bed.

I answered something like this before. The gentleman who checked us in the first day was exceptional. He was friendly, helpful, and was all in all great. Hotels should have more of him.

The breakfast was generous and tasty, especially the pancake machine. The bed mattress was soft and comfortable. The new carpets are very pretty.
No changes suggested. It was a nice place to stay. We were tired!

I did not utilize the breakfast. I'm on a fairly restrictive diet so I travel with my own food. They did offer hot options as well as a good assortment of coffee, tea, and juice.

Good location, VERY nice staff, beds were comfy. Decor was very basic but clean. For the price, it was just fine
Hallway smelled very strongly of smoke, so room was a bit stale.
