The hotel was very clean and spacious. There were some cute shops and restaurants nearby. There is also a nice little outdoor patio area just outside the lobby that was just lovely! You have to call for housekeeping, so that's kind of nice because you don't have to worry about them knocking or walking in on you. But, you have to remember to request what you need. Loved the Bistro Bar, and the bartender was very nice!

Overall, the staff was pleasant. Particularly the front desk attendant lady with long red hair and the other lady with the tattoos and piercings, were great! These two had a great attitude and were so friendly and helpful. There is no shuttle from the hotel. Transportation options are terrible in the area, so rent a car!

Staff was very helpful, polite and accomodating. Had an issue with connecting with booking.com which could have begen frustrating. The staff made everything great.

The open shower design. Hate it. Makes you concentrate on not having the water spash everywhere. Also, the mattresses were not very comfortable.

The location was great and easy to get to surrounding areas by foot or car. Beds were very comfortable, King room was very spacious, shower was a large walk-in and although breakfast was not compted, it's was reasonably priced and delicious. Would definitely go back there again.

I really have nothing to bad to say except I wish breakfast was compted and they had a hot tub in the pool area.

Location is the best. Comfy bed. Refrigerator worked well. I enjoyed loafing in the lobby.

Shower drain was clogged. I had to find something to wedge the metal sheet cover off to access the actual drain. The amount of hair and gunk was gross and way beyond the pile up from one other visitor or 2. Used tissues to scrape it off. I don’t usually have to clean my own rooms when traveling. Yuck. With no daily clean service, had to request everything from the front desk. They never delivered the regular coffee pods like they said. So it’s annoying to have to get dressed and head back downstairs because they didn’t deliver. Masks, vaccinations, and social distance are the only ways to prevent COVID19. Let’s have all the hotels quit the whole “cleaning theater show”. Just clean the place like normal. Quit the whole theatrical “sanitation” performance.

The hotel is perfectly located. The property is nice and the room comfortable. The best part of the stay were the staff, especially Kelley, who was friendly and very knowledgeable about what was going on around the hotel.

The pillows were old and lumpy and had no spring to them. Frankly, they hurt my neck.

The location by the river was nice and convenient.

They only service the room twice weekly. Had to ask for toilet paper and more soap (tiny bars) every other day. Should charge less if that's the case. Often there would be no one at the desk and would have to wait for someone to show up...... didn't seem like really good security at all.

Very clean comfortable and spacious room. The bed was super comfortable and I slept very well. I checked in kind of late and I wish I could remember the name of the gal who waited on me at the front desk she was very friendly and courteous had a great sense of humor. Just overall very pleasant stay.

The pool was broken apparently. Was definitely looking forward to swimming but they were doing maintenance.

Breakfast wasn't available due to COVID, but staff directed us to an outstanding breakfast restaurant just across the street.

It would have been nice to at least offer a pre-packaged breakfast of some sort, as we've experienced in other hotels lately. I didn't mind that they didn't clean the room after the first night, but it would have been nice if they had let us know they wouldn't be, and perhaps provide us with a sign to put on our door if we had needed a freshening up/new towels/wastebaskets emptied.

it’s new construction but some of the fixtures like towel racks were loose which made it seem poorly constructed.

Sparkly clean! Beautiful room and the entire hotel is very elegant. Close to downtown where there are many nice restaurants and the Planetarium.

Although the breakfast was included in the price, on the first morning we've been told that it's not available due to Covid. After asking for clarification at the front desk, we've been ofered breakfast. It was an unpleasant situation...
