Fairfield Inn & Suites Saginaw

The room and the bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great! Because I gave up meat due to health reasons I really appreciated the oatmeal and turkey sausage and the skim milk. I also liked the oat milk. It was all really good! Fairfield Inn is the first place I’ve stayed where healthy food choices are available! Thank you! Also, the beds were super comfortable! The Serta mattresses are amazing and provides an excellent night’s sleep. My sister said she had the best night’s sleep she’s had in a long time! The staff was also very accommodating! They did their best to fulfill our requests to make sure we had everything we needed.

TV in sitting area broken. We asked staff 2 times if we coukd watch big MSU vs U of M football game and were told , absolutely. When we came down to watch we were told TV broke. My husband asked if anyone tried to fix it, he was ignored by the man who was the Mgr we found out later. We ended up bringing our 50invh TV from the room down abd hooked it up. Not one staff offered to help. Very dissapointing.

I’ve stayed there before on a bus shopping trip so it was familiar and I knew what we were getting. They told me the hotel is going to be renovated. Location is great

Michael at the front desk greeted me courtesy and professional, checking in and out. The stay was nice, even during remodeling. It is always a pleasure to stay there when in town

The breakfast was great!! The facilities were clean, I would stay here again!

I wish it had a hot tub! The parking lot was rough and it had rained prior to our arrival so part was flooded so you had to park in the back because the front half was full and then the side door is no longer working so you have to walk all the way around to the front door.

feeling like I would be sleeping outside due to a mixup with booking.com and the hotel. was told they didn't have a room for me and they were full. thank God, 40 irritating mins later it was worked out.

If I had to complaint air was set at lowest temp one night it didn't cool the room off enough, but the next night it was too cold.

The breakfast was fine. Please add the following: apples,oranges, granola, lemon juice or honey packets. :0. The coffee bar was good, just make it a little stronger.
