The staff was friendly, The room was reasonably clean and comfortable. It is a convenient location for us, and it was reasonably priced. We will be back on our next trip.
The room had a smell, which I believe was due to recent paint. After we adjusted, it seemed to get better. The breakfast provided could be a little better - maybe just simply add some scrambled eggs, and it would be perfect. I am not a fan of waffles, so my only choice was biscuit & gravy.

Nice Breakfast with choices, quiet rooms, very affordable price, nice pleasant and hard working staff. Comfortable bed with nice pillows and bedding. T.V. had several channels to choose from including sports. I had a pleasant and safe time. I would definitely be back. I know the renovation will be great.
Need eggs to go with the wonderful biscuits and gravy. Workers need to clean up paint and glue splotches on floors, doors, latch and trim in the room.

Comfy bed, hot shower, clean room! Great staff! It was quiet, there was a vent fan in the bathroom, so the steam didn't buildup. There were multiple breakfast options, including biscuits and gravy, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, and apples.
Might have been nice to have some bagels or toast at breakfast, but not a deal breaker at all!

it is an older property but everything was clean and updated!! I loved the flooring instead of worn dirty carpet! The bed was very comfortable and sheets lovely! We slept great! Location close to 35 was also convenient. Staff were very friendly!

Clean room but bottom of door jams dirty could use bleach or a little paint ok for adults but not for a child that crawls and front side car and truck noise from hwy I-35 will stay there again

Room was nice. Smelled of fresh paint. Thinking they are in the process of updating. Lots of extra room in the room itself, seemed as though it was missing a chair and ottoman. All in all it was a good stay.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location felt safe, peaceful, and was an easy travel from the Plaza area of Kansas City. Also it is very very close to IKEA.
The decor and fixtures are a bit worn and dated, but that's not what I stay in a hotel room for, anyway.

Room felt a bit cramped with 2 queen beds. No room for a comfortable chair to relax in. Water flow in sink was sub-par.
