Front desk staff at check in was super nice. I had to do a price adjustment over the phone bc I was charged by booking.com and the hotel and the person I spoke with was very agreeable and the adjustment was instantaneous, which I appreciated. Beds were roomy and comfortable. Good coffee downstairs and the breakfast staff was really nice and helpful.
The pillows are really uncomfortable. The dual door on the bathroom/closet is cool looking but clunky to use-randomly rolls open when you are in the bathroom.

Breakfast was fair, not great. Was disappointed in breakfast selection. Not much hot food besides bread and waffles. Frozen omelettes and frozen sausage reheated was not very palatable. Pool was cloudy and a little green, recommend pool cleaning

Breakfast was fine being that it was boxed up and we couldn't eat in the cafeteria area. Very well managed
I wish that the gym would have been open. I understand the Covid thing, but I feel like we should still be able to work out and wipe things down after we are done working out. Door to our room stuck and we couldn't shut it. Also, toilet ran all day and night.

The outside lights were held up with duct tape, rebar and bailing wire. I’m sure renovations were not yet complete. Not complaining, just an eyesore for an otherwise beautiful place.
