Roof top room spacious and clean. Very nice. Close beach access just outside of the hustle and bustle. Included beach towels and access to beach umbrella and chairs was nice.
The advertised private jacuzzi tub is really an over-sized bath tub, not what is commonly considered a hot-tub. No jets or aeration, simply running water.

I liked everything in our room. Especially balcony , bed and shower. Nice area with lots of restaurants. And perfect distance to the beach.
I didn't like that the hotel jacuzzi wasn't fully working. The hotel pool closed to early at 9pm. My room description mentioned robes but our room didn't have any.

I paid a bit extra for the rooftop jacuzzi with a partial ocean view and it was worth every penny. The staff seamlessly set up the hot tub so it was already drawn for us when we came back from dinner. The staff was attentive, and the location perfect. Room was clean and well provisioned. I loved it. Beach chairs are included with the room, which is also handy, and you can pick up a drink at the hotel bar and walk it over to the beach - it's that close. Many beachgoers in fact asked me where I got my margarita from, as they're not available for purchase on the beach (except from some entrepreneurial solo characters combing the beach for $15 - those were quite good too). There's "welcome" champagne too! I enjoyed the pool as well.

MY ROOM WAS GREAT MY LADY FRIEND LIKED THAT FACT THAT IT HAD A DOUBLE VANITY/SINK BATHROOM AND THE OVERHEAD AND FRONTAL SHOWER FEATURES WERE THE CHEERY ON TOP.
EVERYTHING WAS GREAT THE CLEANING SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE WAS EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE MY ONLY REGRET IS THAT I DIDN'T GET TO TRY THE RESTAURANT.

Great room overlooking pool. Excellent location on South Beach but at the quieter end so not disturbed by clubbers!
Housekeeping staff were haphazard. Once we only got left one towel between us!. Reception staff sorted it out but they seemed very frustrated with the housekeeping staff who didn't seem to follow procedures

We had a Rooftop Partial Ocean View. First the valet guys are wonderful and the text service to get your car ready is so convenient. The hotel lobby smells like a beautiful spa. The suites are large and clean with huge and powerful double showers & double vanity units. The beds extremely soft & comfortable and there’s a large balcony with spiral stairs leading to the most unreal terrace with a jacuzzi. The restaurant food is to die for and they serve the freshest of juice! We LOVED it!
There was absolutely nothing that we didn’t like but it wouldn’t hurt for terraces to have a little update/ paint.

The location was great! It was located near the beach & near the strip!Additionally, our room had direct access to the pool which was cool. Our porch was poolside. That was amazing.
The lobby had a strange smell. It smelled like sewage. Not sure if it was from the beach or the hotel itself but it didn’t smell pleasant. I’m addition, the pool area needs to be cleaned daily. We had a coconut from the previous stay sit outside our room for 2 days without anyone picking it up.

The location is excellent, right in the middle of everything there is to do in Miami beach. The rooms are also quite large, and the breakfast is actually quite tasty. Not a boring continental breakfast buffet. Valet parking is also convenient and easy. And the included beach umbrella and chairs were a great extra perk! We had no issue finding space on the beach on a Saturday afternoon when I thought it would be busy.
For how expensive this property is, I was surprised by the room's run-down feel, with the furniture clearly deteriorating and the room feeling like it hasn't been renovated in a while. Also, since the hotel was very busy, the breakfast didn't have dine-in space unless you waited more than an hour, but we could at least take the breakfast to go.
