Property is a great locations, pool is lovely and room was really spacious and clean! Welcome drinks were a really lovely touch.

We were charged an additional $70 for checking out 30 minutes late. We simply lost track of time and I think a call from reception or even reception letting us know about a potential additional charge should have been made.

The location was perfection. Around corner from. Ocean Dr. Close to other main attractions. Walking distance to everything. No car needed. Pretty bright rooms in the villas. Housekeeping daily. Morning buffet breakfast. Loved the patio space. Safe in room Mini-fridge in room Everyone was very nice. Complimentary cocktail voucher for adult guest.

I would have liked a drawer to store folding clothes. Had to leave them in suitcase on floor. No microwave on premises Bathroom beautiful but no counter space. Couple of small glass shelves on back wall.

Very confortable bed, big room with all you need (even iron). Good and various buffet breakfast. The swimming-pool on the rooftop is pleasant (we’ve been every morning and it was not crowded). The location is excellent. Close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets … everything.

We really enjoyed everything but note that if you stay at President Villa, it’s not the main building so you need to go the President hotel building, just besides, to have breakfast and to check in/out. And the lift was out of order when we arrived. But it was fixed the day after (just too bad, we needed to carry the luggage in the stairs).

Breakfast was great everyday and we were close to the beach with only a short walk. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Entire staff was helpful with every question and request Thanks for an enjoyable stay

We were constantly offered to purchase drugs outside the hotel and almost every block of ocean drive at night

The size of the room was perfect for my wife and my 2 kids. The gentleman of reception (sorry I don't remember your name) was perfect, he speaks English and Spanish, he is like a nervous guy, working fine every time...I like this type of worker , because I work in the same way. 10 points! Elliott, the pool guy, was cool and fun, my kids enjoyed a lot that morning..Asking every time if we need something, thanks! The pool is small but warm :). The breakfast is not too bad, the coffee is good, the bread , orange juice and some fruits..Ok the eggs and potatoes are not good, but I think it's still a good value. The situation is perfect and with the free towels you can go to the pool or beach in 3 minutes. The restaurants are at 5 minutes walking too.

Everything was cool. My point is 9 and not 10, because no coffe maker and no microwave.

Great location, near to Ocean Drive and a lot of restaurants. Pool is small but very lovely. I spent hours up there during the day and into the evening. The breakfast in the morning is very simple but a good value included. There is a welcome drink upon arrival but I wasn't able to take advantage of that.

Be warned, this hotel gets a lot of spring breakers during March. Not pleasant hearing their music pumping late at night and sharing the pool with large groups of them, but I'm sure other times of year are lovely. The room I was in had an issue with the air conditioning. It kept shutting off even if I set it to stay cool using the timer for many hours. It just kept shutting off after a few minutes. The room kept getting hot, and made it hard to sleep. Otherwise it was a good experience overall and I would stay there again, just not during early to mid March.

location, staff friendly and helpful, roof top pool ace, breakfast fresh and good variety, big rooms with comfy beds and well equipped bathrooms. clean hotel. close to all restaurants/shops & the beach.

parking is a rip off at the hotel (45-47$ per night!!!). parking one block up from hotel $20 for 24hrs.

Hank on reception was very friendly and helpful. I arrived a bit early for check-in and he went the extra mile to ensure I got into my room. Breakfast was excellent The location is great. Very close to ocean drive but not noisy at all. For Miami, this place is great value. Highly recommended. Close to shepherd for the best hot chocolate in the city and 11th Street diner for classic us food.

This is an excellent location on Miami Beach. Everything is walkable. Lincoln road, ocean drive, etc. Service was friendly, taking Covid precautions, and all around excellent in my experience. Breakfast, bar and check in are all next door at the president hotel. Check in and check out were both quick and efficient for me! (Thanks to Henry!) If you’re a smoker get a balcony room, they provide ash trays on the balcony and it’s well worth it. My room was immaculately clean and the bed was super comfortable. I slept like a rock even with noise outside at times. I would definitely stay at the President Villa again when I visit Miami.
