Location was just what you'd want if staying in South Beach. Great people watching from the restaurant in front. Christmas lights were still up and the place looked magical, especially in the rain. Room was very tastefully decorated and very quiet. Staff were extremely helpful with parking and rebooking tours that were cancelled due to COVID> The weather didn't cooperate but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The street in front of the hotel, Ocean Drive, has been blocked off during COVID to allow for more outside dining. But the GPS nav systems didn't know that and we ended up in a dead end street wondering what was up. Calling the hotel solved the problems as they opened a side door so we could come in. But just be aware.

Although I wasn't staying at the hotel to watch television, the tv in our room did not work very well at all. Often channels would disappear, very few channels to watch, and the picture not clear - very annoying. There was some confusion with the 30% discount meal voucher that was offered at the hotel to use at the restaurant attached to the hotel. The voucher did not indicate that it only applied to food and not drinks, which is what the restaurant staff indicated was the case.

The gentleman (forget his name) that checked us in was a very nice and helpful guy. View was excellent and I liked the discount provided at the restaurant. If you want to be in the thick of things, the location of this hotel is EXCELLENT!

There was a huge cockroach in our room. While I'm certain there are challenges to keep all rooms completely bug free, plenty of other hotels have done it. Therefore, I just can't go higher in my ratings. However, I could see how others may disagree.

Hey, it’s Ocean Drive. If you can’t take the noisy fun, don’t complain - go somewhere else. And to be fair the noise is minimal, just ignore the other comments on here. I was at the front of the hotel at the weekend and I lost no sleep.

My Fiancé and I loved the location and atmosphere around this hotel. It was super easy to check in and check out. Staff were always super helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend staying here, their price’s are reasonable for South Beach since it’s walking distance to the beach. We are hoping to be back soon! Thank you folks.

we liked the location, near the beach, and everything we wanted. Miguel at the main desk was a gentleman, very courteous and great at helping us to plan activities. He is definitely a great asset to the hotel . He has excellent interpersonal skills and he is at the right position, at the entrance and interacting with the everyday customers. Eric is also great at dealing with people.

unfortunately one night we had the fire alarm or siren on, around 2 am. It is very unfortunate that you can’t control that people smoke in the rooms. Other than that we were very pleased during our stay

The location was perfect! Absolutely the best! Located right on Ocean drive, walking distance from all of the nightlife and right across the street from the beach, I would go back to this property mainly for the location. I did however like the staff and the restaurant, service, and food are quite decent. If you go with the "breakfast included" option, you get to pick from 4 breakfast options, not anything you want from the menu but its decent.

When we arrived on March 2nd, the elevator was broken and luckily were were on the 3rd floor but it was a bit inconvenient. However, the front desk staff was nice enough to carry our luggage up and down on arrival and at departure. The room was small, functional, but on the smaller side. The room can definitely use a another mirror with better lighting and the bathroom could use more counter space, especially for the ladies that need to get their glam on.

Great location on South Beach. Easy access to EVERYTHING … Excellent staff !!!

Have to be able to tolerate late night foot traffic, noise and music from the next door night club.

The location was very good being directly across the street from "Muscle Beach" and in the heart of South Beach. The room was well-appointed and very clean. The wait staff at the attached café were very attentive and friendly.

Parking was a nightmare. An ad we saw stated the hotel had onsite valet parking for an additional fee but upon arrival we learned they discontinued that service and now you had to park in a city lot 2 blocks away. Unfortunately it took 1.5 hours of driving in circles to finally snag a parking space in the city garage due to a food festival taking place nearby.
