We just needed a place to stay for a day until we boarded our cruise ship. The Miami Princess was perfect. The price was great. There was great food nearby at Catch of the Day and The Latin Cafe. And the staff goes out of there way to help you with anything you might need!!!

Time to update the mattresses to something more comfortable

The room was spacious for the 2 of us. There were 2 queen size beds which were very comfortable and the pillows were wonderful. The room was clean and had efficient A/C. The bathroom was clean, soap and shampoo were provided and there was lots of hot water. This location is very close to the airport but, no airplane noise was heard. The free airport shuttle was available when we returned to Miami International. There are stairs as well as an elevator. There are vending machines and an ATM in the lobby as well as a small microwave.

The wifi/internet was poor. The hotel shuttle was not available when we arrived in the afternoon on a Sunday. The taxi cost $13. I had noticed a photo of coffee being provided in the lobby but, there was none.

Staff, convenient to airport, price & nearby restaurant. Okay for overnight layover.

Desk staff and airport shuttle was great. Bathroom tile newly renovated & room clean - excellent. Saggy mattress needs replacing & hallway doors stick so listened to everyone slamming doors all night - unable to sleep well. Some other guests made a lot of noise which was not pleasant. Peruvian restaurant 1/2 block away was excellent. Did not try seafood restaurant across the street. Did not seem to be much else within walking didtance.

Pool room was nice

No closet did call to see if I wanted to be upstairs and I had surgery I asked for my room to be cleaned while I was gone they didn’t clean it and they wanted me to get out of bed to clean it after I had my surgery and also the maids didn’t speak English at all we had to change our own bed the bathroom had blood on the also the bed from my surgery I felt that they didn’t care about my situation at all

I have stayed here multiple times and this establishment provides safety and security where it ensures me that my friends and I can have a great time and relax and enojoy the space of miami; without any worry of safety and our privacy is kept. Great location to gather peace. Great energy about the place, as well. Every staff member is very nice and helpful. I love it. Thank you all for providing a place for others and myself to feel welcome.

I thought the location was good. There were nearby restaurants. I appreciated that you were able to put our luggage in a locked room because we had arrived so very early.

I was disappointed that our friends' room on the same floor was not up to the same standard as ours.

catch of the day restaurant was amazing

I couldn’t sleep all hours of the night. my room was close to front desk and people were so loud talking. secondly there is a stench in the room that I can’t describe that smells awful.

It was very convenient to get to from the airport. Overall it was in a quieter neighborhood. The hotel had a laidback feeling overall.

The bed in the room I stayed in was very creaky. The door to the room also stuck pretty badly so I had to throw myself at it to get it open.

Over all was alright to stay for just one night and we were able to leave the car parked there for $10 a day while on our 5 day cruise.

fast respond to my needs, cleanness, great energy. the privacy and set up of the room. the energy from the staff was amazing. overall i enjoyed staying there.

no securities guards on the premises. anybody could easily access the building. there's a gate and the back of the building but not in the front entrance.
