Check in was smooth once it was our turn. It was a COVID style breakfast so brown bag. The view was breathtaking.

Our room was not serviced so when we came in from a long hot day of site seeing there were no towels. Went to call the front desk and the phone didn't work. I used my cell phone to call the hotel and it rang 13 times before they answered. I asked for the to bring us towels and the and the lady that answered the phone told us to come down and get them. I went to check out the next day and they charged me $459. I asked for a receipt or I would not have noticed. The price through Booking.com was supposed to be $337. And the y charges us $15 per day to park overnight (we used our car during the day). They were supposed to email me a receipt showing they fixed the charge but I have not received that yet.

This hotel have the best price in Miami for suites compare with other hotels 3 stars near. Thanks to Miss Pamela from the front desk because she try to help me. Other staff is zero. They dont care about job.

The hotel is very dirty, breakfast is not exist, only few snacks and nobody supervise the afro americans to keep clean and silence. Like last year the hotel charge me 2 times for my suite. The computer sytem of them is old.

The location is convenient. There was a nice view from the room. The room has good amenities.

There was a bit of debris (like popcorn kernels) next to the bed that told me the room wasn't vacuumed properly in between guests. There was a delay in me getting into the laundry room as neither my key nor that of the front desk would work when I was in a time crunch to get my laundry done. It was eventually sorted.

- Windows need to be replaced as the ones in our room were cloudy - The elevator sounds terrifying and seems to start moving before doors are fully closed

The staff were friendly. The rooms are clean besides white powder on the side of the refrigerator and the outside of the microwave babe spots on it. The beds were soft and the pillows were so comfortable. The television got almost all of the basic channels. I wasn’t sure how housekeeping worked. We kept having to put our trash bags outside of the door. The breakfast was amazing! Always hot and a lot of good options. The only thing is I booked my stay online but when I arrived at the hotel it was a completely different price than what I booked. Almost $200 difference. I called the front desk twice and both times they were very helpful.

They didn’t have nonstick pots and pans. The price I pay for online was completely different when I arrived at the hotel. I had to pay more money.

Quick and friendly check-in and out. Had the 2 bedroom suite and everything was clean. Location is great. Right by highway entrances, a publix, few fast food places (chiptole, starbucks) I would absolutely stay again.

The couch had a few stains and 1 dresser was missing 1 knob. nothing major that affected us. One "warning" there are no blackout curtains in the living room area. So for anyone that may sleep on the pull out or want to watch TV in the morning, the sun is a pain. Pillows are very Flat? Just super soft no support (may be a plus for some)

Staff was kind and they kept everything (halls,lobby,dining area) clean, which with the amount of long term guests I can imagine it gets hard to keep up with. There is a bus stop right out front that can take you to the Dolphin Mall and the airport (at certain times on the week days). If you do have to Lyft/Uber somewhere, there are plenty of places close by so it shouldn't cost too much. Starbucks and Chipotle are right down the road, we walked there plenty of times.

Breakfast could have been better, but with COVID regulations I get it, if the hotel had a restaurant inside it would have been helpful for people like myself that stayed for an extended amount of time without personal transportation.

Good service, friendly staff. Location is perfect if you want to do different things. like shop, or go to Miami Beach. Airport shuttle service worked well, and was relatively quick. Waffles were very popular with the kids, for breakfast

Breakfast buffet was maybe lacking a bit of variety, but not a huge problem.

It was great from start to end .. the view was pleasant and nice . Homewood suites was very peaceful and nice . I've recommend it to friends and family. I'd stay at Homewood suites again. I loved the pool view my room was very nice . Right by the airport ❤️

it was a great stay as always i have been coming there for years and enjoying it, the breakfast is great the rooms are excellent, i always tell a lot of my friends about you all, they have came and had a great experience.

the price could be a little better and like i said this was the first time that i asked for a late check out and didn't got which i only asked until 1:00pm
