Good location. Fairly near airport.
Shuttle service to cruise port you had to pay and should have been included in the high price of the hotel. Shuttle from airport to hotel was only on the hour and then a little sketchy as the driver sure took an indirect route to the hotel.

Great location close to airport with free shuttle service. Clean rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff (Our driver was great and even said hi when we seen him at the grocery store after his shift! ) Concierge Giarah Spelling? Was so friendly and helpful she even gave us suggestions and coupons for nearby restaurants and helped get us scheduled for the cruise port shuttle. We appreciate all of her support. The breakfast was great and pool area nice! Would definitely stay again if in the area. Highly recommend!

Property is clean and comfortable. Close to good options for food, banking, and pharmacy. Has a range of amenities (gym, pool, laundry) and a decent complimentary breakfast. About 10-15 minutes from the airport.
My biggest frustration was that the shuttle is only once per hour so I ended up waiting about 50 minutes for a transfer. The timing is either good or poor depending on when your flight arrives.

Nice staff. Hotel nice. Lovely breakfast. Some shops and restaurants nearby. Excellent for the airport, which is why we stayed one night. Certainly do it this way again, and maybe stay 2 nights.
Breakfast finish time a bit early, think it was 10am, just made it. 11am would have been better and allowed us a bit of a lie on; our flight was later so we were checking out at 12pm. They took $4.99 for Wi-Fi, even though not chosen. Never emailed my receipt, as they said they would.

We enjoyed our stay for three days before our flight to our next location. We used Uber to get around as well as public transportation (buses). What a wonderful neighborhood and shopping center nearby. Very nice to have the mix of Spanish and English flowing between customers and staff. The staff was helpful in directing us to find Covid testing, etc.
Not much to disagree with. We didn't use all the facilities (pool, workout rooms) because there were other things to do. The coffee could have been a little hotter. Not a big deal. We waited quite a while at the airport for the shuttle to arrive. It would be nice if it traveled every half hour rather than hourly.

The hotel was spotless and the room very comfortable prior to the problem with the fire alarm. Breakfast was lovely.
Complimentary bus did not pick us up - phoned hotel but calls went unanswered.we had to get a taxi at our own expense. Emergency evacuation alarm sounded at 3 am, false alarm. Returned to room which then flooded due to sprinklers, re-located at 4am. Never a word of apology from staff.

The hotel was clean and the pool area was well kept up and the kids had a blast swimming and playing chess. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast great. We used their transportation from the airport and the shuttle to the cruise the next morning. There is a publix right across the street so we grabbed subs for dinner as the hotel does not have a restaurant.
No food except for breakfast but grocery store within walking distance.

It is at a good place that a shopping plaza and a gas station are just on the other side of the road. Also, its room is equipped and maintained well. The bed is new and clean. The mirror in the bathroom is big and has a skirting light. I believe every lady will like it. Also, it has good facilities, efficient staff, and good breakfast. Another good thing is it has a gated parking lot. Thanks to that I can still had my rental car, as I forgot to close the window for one night.
We went there on Dec. 21 through 25th, 2021. The price per night is never low. And, we saw roaches for several times. They hide behind the cabinet. Given the humid weather in Miami, it is understandable but for somebody it could be a thing.

Check in was easy at 1AM! The beds were comfortable and the pillows were not cheap, flat things. Super appreciate both the beds and pillows. Also a bonus, the towels were good quality and not the small, cheap motel towels. Good quality toilet paper as well. THANK YOU!!
We were at the end of the hallway by the AC vent and it was loud but in the room we could drown out the noise.
