The beds, cleanliness, and size of room.

No shuttle service from the airport and to the airport. It ended at 4:30(really early) and didn't start early in the morning . We had to pay for an uber both ways.

Room was clean, very nice.

Having to pay 70.00 for 3 people for breakfast while paying 530 for 2 nights seemed excessive. You would think there would at least be complimentary breakfast with rooms being so expensive. Not to mention there were charges I didn’t expect…250 for a “hold fee” another 200 for security deposit. It just costs alot up front.

There was a bar downstairs which was good. The stuff were really nice I like the nice view in my room.

My bedroom to my suite in room 620 did not close, how far the hotel was had to pay Uber and Lyft a lot of money nothing in the area of the hotel, no drink menu for the bar, no food was available at night time in which it was suppose to be food available.

The location of the hotel next to the airport and Airport Miami Conference Center triggered me to choose it. Our room (double king beds) with an annex equipped with a small refrigerator, coffee express, and microwave positively surprised us with its size and comfort. You can find a place at the table and work if you need. Good coffee to go in the morning and breakfast. Really nice view of the lagoon. A few tables are next to the swimming pool you can seat and have your drink in the evening enjoying the view. I saw some negative reviews with note 1 - it's not what this hotel deserves. It's not luxurious but has all that hotel for business travelers should have.

Room was really spacious and clean. Bathroom was decent size as well. Had microwave, coffee maker, Multiple tvs, sofa, iron/ironing board, etc. Quiet safe business area of Doral surrounded by other hotels and a lagoon. ATM in the lobby. Walmart 7 mins away. Gas station 2 mins away. Lots of food places nearby. Pizza delivery services available. Restaurant and bar in lobby. 15-20 mins from South Beach and Wynwood.

Everything was great. I didn't have any issues with anything actually. I would definitely stay here again. There were a lot of Iguanas by the lagoon area but I thought that was pretty cool lol.

the staff were super nice and helpful. Clean comfortable rooms after a long day of shopping. The outdoor area had a beautiful view. The property backs up to a lake making the outdoor space all the more tranquil and relaxing.The front desk and dining staff were amazing!

I didn’t like having to share the outdoor space with the iguanas and lizards. But after all it is Miami and the property backs up to a beautiful lake. So me and the wildlife came to a mutual understanding that we would give one another plenty of space lol.

Rooms were spacious and clean. I liked the seperated sitting area with a fold out sofa and the bathroom (stand up shower no tub) was very well appointed. Lobby and dining area were nice and clean. Parking was a breeze. Being this close to MIA, was pleasantly surprised that I didn't hear planes.

There is not a central switch to control the lights in the rooms other than the entrance way. You have to go to each light to turn on and off. Brush up on your Spanish, other than the front desk staff you are dealing with a language barrier. No free breakfast however, the one we had to buy was very good.

Comfortable bed, love the fact that the curtains were black out and they ACTUALLY cover the window unlike some other hotels. Bathroom was big, water was pressure great and hot water was good too.

The shower gel bottle was completely empty. Luckily I had my own but I had to get out the shower and look for it as I wasn’t expecting to use it. Refrigerator needs to be cooler it did not cool or keep our drinks cold. It was warm inside, having the air conditioner on in room kept our drinks cooler than the fridge.

There’s not much around the hotel food/entertainment wise. I also messaged before hand asking if I could do an early check in knowing that my flight would be in very early- they said it was dependent on room availability and would charge me $50- that was fine- but I asked if I would be able to check in at any time if there was availability and they said yes- when I got to the hotel at 10am they said I wouldn’t be able to check in until earliest 2pm and it ended up being closer to 3 by the time I actually got my room. i was disappointed I wasted the majority of my day waiting for a room thinking I was going to get in earlier

Room was clean and very spacious, however, the sofa was very stained and looked grim and there was a strong smell of cigarrette in the room. Coffee machine in the room was a plus. Bed and pillows were very comfy, bathroom was spotless.

Male reception staff when checking in was not friendly at all, no greeting or welcoming attitude, interaction was kept short other than handing us the key to our room.
