My stay was sooooooo amazing staff was very friendly and didn’t judge me walking in my robe after surgery. Anything I needed I got it within seconds. If you are going there to recover from bbl surgery please clean up behind yourself and bring your own sheets and pillows. Please be considerate of the staff!! Each housekeeper was amazing. Halls were quiet and I slept amazing my 8 days there!! My husband and I highly recommend

Second stay here in three months. Personally, for me it's like a small version of home in the one bedroom suite. It's a good base of operation whilst I explore around Miami and cities nearby. Room is clean, well designed and organised, the staff give you privacy and space, whilst always there when you need help.

Can be noisy in the corridors from time to time, though this is not a hotel issue, just bad hotel customer etiquette.

First of all, THANK YOU DEAN, you were by far the most attentive person, we wish we had seen you more at the front desk, thank you for everything! We do recommend this hotel if you are seeking to use the amenities they provide such as kitchen, microwave, fridge, free laundry machine and dryer, if not, then perhaps you can find a more economic hotel (regular hotels). As Dean told us, this is a Hotel to make you feel at home. The only bad thing for us, were the beds, to soft, we usually like firmness (due to back problems), but if that's not important for you then go forward! Free coffee, complimentary butter. Excellent option. Great location.

This was last minute booking because we were running from a smelly hotel in the same street. This hotel was perfect:nice staff at the register, cozy huge room with all necesary equipment. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was a nice surprise. Very accurate shutle to airport, helpful and kind driver.

This hotel is amazing!! There is tons of free parking, free laundry, and it has a free shuttle running every thirty minutes (you have to call the hotel to schedule pick up and drop off). It is no more than 15 minutes from the airport, but you wouldn't know it by how quiet the rooms are. Also, within a thirty-minute drive of many tourist activities. The hotel is fresh and clean. Definitely a place I would stay at again.

There is no free breakfast. You can purchase something in the little store and take it to your room, however. If you want to sightsee, you will need some form of transportation because it is basically hotel alley here. There are a few restaurants mixed in which you could walk to if needed.

Room was comfortable and very clean. Crisp linens and fluffy pillows. Tons of space and a full kitchen. Pump soaps and shampoo provided. It was very enjoyable only wish I had more time to enjoy the room. I arrived late and had an early flight the next morning. Neighborhood is a little sketchy at night but that’s no fault of the hotel. It’s an urban area next to the airport. They have great security and it’s minutes away from the airport or rental car return. Noise from the airport was very minimal. I was overlooking the runway. Couple nice spots to grab breakfast on the way - McD’s or Dennys.

Nothing they are doing a great job A/C was a little slow to cool the room. May not have been as comfortable in warmer weather.

extremely clean and very spacious modern looking . the patio area out side the pool was very nice and was a great space under the shade .. nice to have fridge and kitchen facilities if we needed it . also offered shuttle service to and from airport

the only negative is the chaise lounge chairs in the pool area . no cushioning and the metal dug into our behind and legs. the fabric was very thin. considering the rest of the hotel is modern and very well designed the need to upgrade theses chairs we also did not like the double/queen size bed based on the size of the room we feel that they should have but in king size beds.. the bed that in the room was very comfy though

Nice room, everything is clean and organized. Confortable bed and rooms facing to the back are not noisy.

There was no info anywhere about how to get the shuttle from the airport. It works by phone request only, but there was nothing on the booking saying that. In the end, after almost one hour in the airport trying to figerout, I called an Uber. To go back to the airport on the next day it worked fine. I recomend the hotel to add this info for the guest.

This is a new kind of hotel concept. They provide room cleaning only once a week. There is no breakfast room, you buy what you want from the little shop in reception, and eat it in your room. The room was sparkling clean when I arrived. There is a small but nice outdoor pool which I used in the morning. There is also free laundry which was really appreciated as I arrived from Costa Rica with a bag of dirty clothes. The reception staff were helpful and friendly, as was the airport shuttle driver. The property is about 20 minutes drive from a large outlet mall which was great for shopping before heading back to Europe. I would definitely recommend this as a transit hotel.

Cleanliness, spacious room

1.I requested a room with a walk in shower because one in our party has difficulty stepping into a tub. They were not able to accommodate even tho the reservation was made months in advance. 2. There was no information pamphlets on nearby places, restaurants or activities for things to do. 3. Hotel staff did not provide any info about the breakfast (included with our stay) location, hours etc. We learned of it from other guests. 4. There seemed to be Limited English spoken by most of the staff 5. Only 2 luggage carts and of course the one we got was difficult to maneuver
