Our room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the pool. Staff was very helpful. Great location to get to the airport. Airport transfer driver was excellent, van very clean. We would stay there again.

The lobby was very messy when we arrived. Garbage bags full waiting to go out. I suspect it was the breakfast cleanup and the check in/check out change. Staff was helpful, got us settled. There was a very rude guest checking in. She caused quite a disruption. A female staff member managed her well, got her out of the lobby into a room and then checked the rest of us in. When we came back out to the lobby, everything was clean, organized, and the staff was well prepared for the usual questions about the pool, local eateries and deliveries, and the transport vans. Lobby decor was fine but could be freshened. We would stay again. Thank you.

Shuttle app was very accurate and we were picked up as we exited the airport. Room was comfy and breakfast was very tasty. Hotel offers a shuttle service to the cruise port which was a bonus.

The room was excellent.

The driver could have been my grandfather yet he was creepy and very inappropriate. Giving a young lady whom he had never met sweet eye and saying baby fall into me when opening the door for my exit was very inappropriate.

Great location for Miami Airport with Free Shuttle--about 10 mins depending on traffic. The staff at the hotel always have treated me like family, willing to go the extra mile to store bags, put in a crib, or give help and directions. Rooms are well equipped with mini fridge, microwave in-room safe. The breakfast buffet is plentiful including waffles, toast, bagels, eggs and sausage.

The rooms and carpets could use some freshening up.

The breakfast was great and way more than I expected. The shuttle service was very professional and appreciated.

The decor was a little tired especially in the entrance and corridor but quite acceptable.

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The sink fixtures and room was newer. The rooms had been modernized. There was both a mini fridge and microwave. The staff were friendly, polite and caring. They have washers and dryers if you need to wash cloths in the middle of the trip. Both washer and dryer worked excellent.

They have a small limited space for holding luggage. It is first come, first serve, so if you have a later flight, you are carrying luggage everywhere. It would be great if they dedicated a space to allow more luggage storage since they are located so close to the airport. In the shower the lighting is placed above the disabled bar, the adhesive to hold the bar makes it look like shower scum has accumulated around the fixture. It is a little unsettling when taking a shower. It would be fantastic if this was addressed to increase cleanliness. Otherwise the room was spotless.

The staff was very kind and accommodated my request for an early check-in. The shuttle service was on time and the driver was very helpful and kind.

The bed in my room was a bit uncomfortable. The eating area was a bit small and congested for the amount of guest the hotel accommodates.

If the breakfast was just a little better (rotating egg dishes each morning and maybe the addition of oatmeal) the stay would have been outstanding instead of very good.

The one egg dish at breakfast was never full except on Sunday.

The rooms were clean and updated and room service provided good customer service.

The mattresses had a dip. The front desk was informed so they let us look at another room however it also had a mattress that had a dip causing an uncomfortable sleeping experience.

The location is great if you need to be near the airport and centrally located in Miami. Hotel is clean and comfortable. The parking lot is next to a gold course which is nice also. This was my second time staying here and was perfect for what I needed, sleep and shower.

Breakfast could be available longer. You need to be an early bird to get it.
