Rooms were large, with cooking facilities if needed, very clean and beds comfortable. Was booked last minute due to being scammed from previous accommodation booked. Location near the airport and was perfect just to have somewhere to put our heads down for 1 night before we went on a cruise. Staff very friendly and helpful.

It stated that breakfast was included, breakfast was just muffins and granola bars which isn’t really what I was expecting so a little disappointing.

it’s was awesome the staff weee very nice, the only thing is that I saw a few roaches inside the room that will come out and crawl the walls or from under the couch but other than that our stay was comfortable

The hotel was easy to find, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had constant heat. There was a full-size refrigerator, a microwave and air conditioning. Staff was extremely friendly, and the room was larger than expected. It felt more like a one-room apartment than a hotel room, and it was very quiet.

My only complaint is that the air conditioner was extremely loud – with periodic clanking noises. Since it's hot, FL weather, I left the air on anytime I was in the room. It took some adjusting to try to ignore the sound.

Telephone wasn't working, even after they fixed it. also, it would be nice to let us know before hand that you had to pay a deposit, and how much, also that you provide a shuttle service to and from the airport and hotel and put it on the website, for all to see. I did message the location a few times but got no response.

The breakfast was not as I had expected, mostly muffins, cornflakes, tea & coffee. However, considering the difficult times due to covid-epidemy, it was good enough!! I was given the exact room I had asked for, high-floor and away from elevators, etc.

Pets are allowed in the hotel, which are barking a lot. However, as long as they are not next to your room, it is not a major problem. Although there are microwave ovens and frig in the rooms, there were no plates, cutlery and tea/coffee maker in the room. Most probably die to covid again!!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They never failed when i asked certain questions and they always helped to get me sorted out with personal things. The room and kitchen was good and was kept clean...so i enjoyed preparing my own food when i skipped out on their breakfast👌👍👍

Honestly we were pretty skeptic about staying here because the price was too low, but it was actually wonderful. The area actually looked safe and we felt very safe, and satisfied. There is a lot of nice hotels around that also makes it feel safe. The room had two full beds and one sofa bed and small kitchen, very comfortable. We were very happy with the bargain.

Very conveniently located - close to the major expressways and roads. Plenty of places to get food. The room was very clean and comfortable and if I needed something, I would ask the receptionist and she would bring it to me. The staff was very friendly, very accommodating. I would most definitely stay there again.

I have no complaints. It was a very good experience.

Location close to airport was excellent rooms were clean, staff were friendly for the most part. Parking was adequate, The separate "Trash" room was a great idea as well, for disposal of larger pieces for shopping, food, etc.

Parking at front was limited, but that wasn't really a problem as there were sufficient around the sides/back of the building. Stairwells did smell smoky, like guests were using them to smoke.

Everything! Wonderful establishment. Clean and safe environment. The staff were nice, courteous, professional, and friendly!! Juan the Manager, Camilia, and I believe Natasha were amazing. I had a horrible experience at another hotel I stayed at prior to departing from my cruise. How I wished I wouldv'e booked here. The staff were truly amazing. I intend to stay here again when I return to Miami. 10/10 Definitely recommend.
