Quiet, clean and very comfortable hotel in proximity to MIA airport. I arrived at the hotel around 9:30 PM and the restaurant was able to accommodate a last minute order—the poke bowl was pretty good for a hotel restaurant!

The shuttle online was advertised as running both in the morning and evening. However, when I got to the hotel that evening they informed me that there is no shuttle service in the mornings. The Uber to MIA at 5am on a weekday was about $10, but it would have been nice to know before booking this hotel as many others in the area offer the same service for cheaper rooms.

smelled good, clean, and friendly staff

you have to pay$15 for parking, however there is a lot for parking for free right across the street, so not that bad.

Location was perfect. AC was working perfectly, parking was good this time because it wasn't that crowded. Bed sheets were clean this time (no weird hairs) and pillow were super comfortable this time as well (last time they were rock hard)

On the last night, house keeping person eft only one towel for us to dry after shower, and did not refilled the coffee cups or napkin/sugar packs we used the day before. Also, The lady at the front desk the morning we checked out was a bit sour. The first thing she said was "yes?" when we approached her. No good morning or thank you, and with a straight face all the time. I had to go back to the room because we forgot our charger and when I saw her again, she was arguing with 2 customer about the change she had to give them, and when it was my turn she said "yes?" again, and I think she wasn't too happy about having to reactivate the room key.

Good option, if you want to stay close to the airport. The hotel has a little shop with the most important items for a short stay. A supermarket is in walking distance. Reception staff was very friendly. We did not book breakfast, so can't comment about that. The room was sufficiently good for a one-night-stay between airport and cruise terminal. The value for money is good, and I would book this again, if the same need would come up in the future.

Comfortable beds, big spacy rooms compared to the other hotels, effective HVAC system (but somehow noisy), good internet, big TV screen. Quiet outside. A 10-minute drive from the airport, ~30 minutes to Miami Beach. We had no opportunity to eat there or use the pool or fitness, but they look OK. It's good for the business stay. We were there for 7 nights and I can recommend it.

Hotel is still working in COVID-mode. You have to ask for cleaning in the evening to have your room cleaned the next day. You need to carry towels and toilet paper from the reception desk... Really? "Premier?" Here and there rooms need maintenance and service.

Clean facilities and comfortable beds. Would absolutely stay again if in Miami.

The restaurant on site. Way too expensive for the quality of food. Ordered a hamburger and the patty looked like it came from the frozen section at a grocery store. My adult son ordered a pizza and it also looked like it came from the frozen section. If you order fries tell them to hold the salt. Way too salty. Charged 18% gratuities on the ticket. All they did was take our order and bring our plates of food to us. No drinks were ordered. $11 for a small cup of margarita.

Rafael at the front desk was AWESOME!!!! Booking.com overbooked and we arrived to having no room and had to sleep in lobby😒 one of thee saddest nights ever! The front desk man who was there when we arrived was NOT helpful at all! He didn’t even notify us (wake us) that the manager had arrived after we slept 5 hours in the lobby and was literally right there sleep in front of everyone.. Even the young lady barely helped us. BUT Rafael helped so much called Booking got our room got our refund fir the night we slept in the lobby and got us free breakfast the entire stay.

Everything was perfectly adequate for a pre-cruise stay away from the bustling downtown area. We arrived in the evening after a long international flight, and stayed at the hotel as we were tired. I was surprised also that there is a swimming pool! I did not know this beforehand.

Shower curtains & air conditioning smelled a little of dampness (not a big issue as wasn't required due to perfect temperature in Miami this time of year). Also dislike the lace curtains everywhere, it takes from the hotel & puts age on it more than it needs. Perhaps it's a European thing with me, but if I see a place with these types of curtains in Europe, I usually would avoid the facility as it's very old/outdated. Doesn't seem to be the case in the USA.

The floors in the room could have done with a vacuum The restaurant closes too early at night and for lunch .. and they don't do room service, however they have a pretty decent snack shop that's open 24/7 The lighting in the room took me a while to figure out when I wanted to go to sleep and charge my phone, as one of the switches turns off the electricity, but eventually I got it haha

here is one of the best hotels in the country have the most trained staff and the best service in the country for me is 100% quality and safety their rooms are comfortable, and everything is clean.

what I do not like is the connection of the lights, but it is normal the formula that I do not like is the connection of the lights, but it is normal way to abhorrer current for the rest I have no problems
