the location was really good, easy walk to bars/restaurants, staff was really nice and accommodating too. the pool was extremely nice too- we were at it everyday!

the hotel bar had the weirdest hours and was never open. it would be open for breakfast but then close before noon through late afternoon so it was impossible to get a mimosa/drink/snack for the pool- it closed really early too but it looked nice and wish we got the chance to have a drink & app there.

The location was great. Across from the Marina, close to restaurants, US1 that leads to the highway. The room was clean and the lobby smelled amazing. The valet staff was on point. We got an upgrade to our room because our original room didn’t have a good view. We were up on the roof line. We got upgraded to a higher floor with an amazing view. Thanks to Natasha for taking care of us!!!!

Only downfall is a new building going up right next to hotel so it obstructed views of bay and construction noise. The sign says it will not be completed until end of 2023.

I like the king room suite. Very spacey. The lobby is very pretty.

Staff on the lobby bar should have had an extra person attending the people on the lobby bar. He was working by himself and it was a very busy night on friday the 14th of October. The room was nice, the bathroom sink is too small and water gets splattered everywhere. For a big suite, bathroom is rather small. Parking is WAY too expensive.

The room was lovely, the location could not be better, and the staff was excellent. It was a very comfortable stay with several great amenities. The beds were amazingly soft and the showers were spacious and beautiful.

Unfortunately there was a great deal of construction nearby. While not a problem at night it was very loud in the mornings. Nothing the hotel could be blamed for of course. There was also some clogging with the sink. Most likely due to poor design.

The staff was welcoming, attentive, and respectful. These employees made this hotel very pleasant for my short stay. Pool table and bikes were available as was tvs for group watching. Room exceptionally clean!

Elevator seems a little rusty, slow pick up. No view from room other than concrete structure being built.

The rooms and beds were super soft and comfortable. The bathrooms were pretty clean. I think it’s does depend on which room you get because my friends all booked in this hotel and we all had DIFFERENT experiences.

What i did not like was that we were all told multiple times that we were getting a specific type of room but we truly didn’t. One of us got a great looking room, the rest of us rooms were sucky and had views of construction and a tennis court. We were told we should come back the next day and they will for sure switch our rooms to our preferred room but that was a lie as well. Of course, the new staff for the next day didn’t want to honor that. There’s no room service at the moment so you must go downstairs for towels or anything else. They weren’t stingy with it so that was good. Oh and parking is 40 a night for valet. Not 30. Everything else was cool but will probably stay on the beach next time. It seems cheaper but not after the fees.

Loved the free drink and app provided at the bar. The atmosphere was wonderful. The bartender was very nice and helpful. There is a high probability that we will stay at this location again. We will likely even request the very same room!!

There was nothing indicating that the property was valet only. It isn't/wasn't that big of a deal to us, but it would have been nice to know.

Very clean & updated. Room was beautiful.

Welcoming staff was unorganized & possibly understaffed(which is totally understandable at this time) the person who checked us in did not give us any information on what was offered here, like the wonderful breakfast they had and the beautiful pool or workout room. We arrived a bit late & asked for a recommendation on a place to eat but he couldn’t give us any suggestions. We’ve never been to Miami but we ended up finding a great place on our own.

The free drinks during happy hour were a nice touch and the pool was really nice! I also liked that they offered beer in their little market and we could take it out to the pool.

We were moved to a handicapped room because it was bigger and had a better view--which I'm sure was true. However, there was no light in the shower area and not a lot of room in the shower.

it was clean and new- the beds were very comfortable. the reasons it’s not a 10 are: 1. no safes in the rooms and 2 the junior suite had an empty alcove where a loveseat might have been- but there was no separate seating area at all.
