Breakfast was included in the fee, and it is wide with lot of choices (continental breakfast, american breakfast, waffle, fruit, coffee, tea, and so on). The hotel is quite far from Downtown and Miami Iternational Airport, but thanks to the Trolley trasnsport and Metrorail, you can reach every places in Miami for free or a little price, so you won't stuck into a small neighborhood, though you can walk and see something around. Also, it is nice wondering around the streets close to the hotel, because Cocomut Grove is a typical neighborhood in Miami, which is worthy to visit. For people liking history and nature, the hotel is very close to the Villa Vizcaya.

The room was comfortable, clean and the facilities as well.

Housekeeping goes thru the corridors screaming and talking their lungs out ! They should consider people sleeping on their rooms . Also, make sure to let the front desk know at what time you are checking out, otherwise housekeeping will open your door early morning the day of your check out . Check out is at noon and we were planning to leave at that time , but housekeeping had other plans for us knocking very early and trying to go into the room .

We liked the spaceous, clean room. The hot breakfast was awesome. Every day something different, great variety, (scrambled eggs, omelettes, sausages, baked potato, waffle, baked goods, fresh berry mix every morning, coffee, milk, juice, etc.) Fruit juice and coffee available all day, some days free cookies at the recepcion area. The staff were kind and helpful. The hotel right accross of the street to the metro, so public transportation to Miami is very easy.

We didn't like that the hotel charges daily fee $22 for parking. The airconditioning unit was very loud at night. Washer and dryer $2 each/run.

I didn’t realize I would get charged parking. I wish they had told us they had EV chargers for us to use. That would have made the parking charge worth it.

Was in a perfect location for me, close to my doctor. Very close to little havana which is convenient. There is a decent restaurant within walking distance and it’s not far from Miami international. This property is not a glam & glitz place, however, everything you need is there. It’s clean & comfortable. Staff is friendly & helpful. Breakfast was better than I expected. I would definitely stay again.

Pool area could use more furniture, lounges specifically. Also housekeeping every 3 days is weak. I understand about the covid 19 virus, however imo housekeeping needs to be more frequent.

Very comfortable beds. One of the best ever!

Using too much plastic. Only plastic forks and knives at breakfast. Sustainability thus horrible. Should improve and stop using so much plastic and throw away plates ,:(

We love the location. Grew up in Miami and was coming for the weekend. Hotel was in a great location for us to get to everything that we were doing. Room was quite comfortable, our air conditioning would not go below 73, we did not report it. I would’ve wished I could’ve gotten colder. He was happy. They were under construction and their dining area, did not bother us. I was still able to get a good cup of coffee. The location is close to Metro rail, which is wonderful for people coming in from the airport. And where it is located in Miami is great if you’re trying to go to the south end of the city.

Wasn’t happy about paying for parking. But I do know that most hotels are doing that these days.

Breakfast was good; you can choose from a lot of options. The room was big and not noisy at all. The staff was amazing; they can speak the language you might need (Hablan en español) and they're really helpful. They also have a free coffee station and can store your bags if you arrive early for check-in. There are a lot of places to get food around, and it's so close to the metrorail that you can easily reach the hotel from the airport. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, and everyone in the staff made my mom (who doesn't speak English at all) feel welcome. It's a great place.

One of the reasons I like to stay at Hampton Inn is they always have a nice large vanity in the bathroom with storage space underneath for my toiletries. The lighting is pretty good in the bathroom, and there is a nice walk-in shower. The rooms are always clean and comfortable with drawers for putting your clothes, and a desk to work at, and a comfortable chair to sit in. Nightstands and lights by the beds. Things you would think are basic, but not every hotel offers them! We also like the full breakfast available conveniently downstairs every morning.
